I'm in outside sales, have been to tons of Taco Bells. The staff at this location is rude, every time! I started using the app just so I didn't have to talk to them. They've found a way around that now too.

I have been to this Taco Bell twice now and both times I believe I was helped my adrenaline by the name of Roman. He was very kind and paid close attention to detail when taking the order to make sure it was correct. He even went the extra mile today and made sure that I didn't forget my drink and flagged me down as I almost left the drive-thru and brought it out to me. Everything is Fast and Fresh and I love that I can add extra purple cabbage to my items if I want to to help me stay with a little bit more nutrient density for my meals. Love that Taco Bell offers fresh black beans and purple cabbage!

Bad customer service, the cashier doesn't even look at you so as not to serve you, they also don't want to answer any questions you have about the bathroom code or ask if the order they put on the table is yours, they just ignore you.
