The sandwiches here are not worth the price that they charge and also the matcha I got was Eh. Better off going to subway.

Rhe service is very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is very peaceful. The food is great here, I had the French toast it was very tasteful with the fruit and honey on top. I always get the "love you berry matcha" it's very good probably one of the best match teas I've ever had. I give this place a 10/10.

It's really upsetting how good the food is and how rude the little Hispanic girl that works the mornings is, your greated vy face that looks like it doesn't want go be there and no type of welcome in or good morning. Customer service is non existent when she's at the register. How unfortunate.

I really just paid $13 for a regular sandwich I could’ve made at home, $13 is not reasonable for some great value wheat bread and regular deli meat. I went here for nastolgia after 5 years but it really went downhill, can’t even taste the cranberry aioli.

Disclaimer: I like this place but the girl at the register is the sole reason for the 1-star review. The girl that works the register at this place is horrible. She has one of the worst attitudes I've ever come across in customer service. it's very clear that she HATES her job and she doesn't give af about being helpful at all. I work down the street and have picked up lunch here about twice a month for a few years and every single interaction with her has been negative. she acts like you're a huge bother just by placing an order which is the reason she's even there. she may as well answer the phone by saying "uughhh, what do you want?" that's not far off from how she actually answers the phone. I very sincerely hope she loses her job and can never find another one.

I just got out of here disgusted seeing the workers eating and cutting up the strawberries with the yogurts or oatmeal next to them to prepare. Also saw the worker grab the dirty plates. So I'm watching them cause I ordered a sandwich and they didn't wash they're hands or put on gloves... really disgusting. I didn't say anything there cause I personally would've raged ? but yeah NASTY WORKERS

Coffee is always great. Their beans are fresh. I prefer the Morning Innocent roast. The Taliza Special breakfast is a good light starter for the day. Also the spicy chicken noodle soup is the best!

Came here on a Saturday morning at 9am. As soon as we walked in it was hot and humid inside. Majority of the tables were full of customers either eating there food or waiting for their food. There was only one cashier working and we waited in line for about 15 mins before one of the customers got up and loved to another table so that we could sit down. We ended up leaving due to lack of space, and the humidity of the place

This place is great if you’re looking for a quiet cafe that serves sandwiches, pastries, and really nicely brewed coffee. My go-to’s here are the breakfast burrito and the Kyoto cold coffee.

I've never been here before. A friend recommended it cuz it's near her house. The place is hard to find and parking is very limited. It's nicely decorated and clean. Staff doesn't greet you as you enter and the wait was long. There was only one person making coffee/tea and I was in line for over 10minutes and there was only one person in front of me. The almond croissant was so dry it was like eating a crumbly cracker. I was very disappointed that I wasted money on something that ended up in the trash. I won't be going back.

Absolutely delicious! Highly recommend. Was going to go across the street to Marquez but came across this gem while waiting for my tires to be serviced at Bless Tires on Rosecrans. Am I glad we stopped in. The place is adorable and clean, welcoming. The food is very good. Great flavor and presentation. Definitely coming back.

Horrible service, the two girls working had the worse attitude. They need customer service training, don’t work with people if you don’t want to talk to them! We ordered our food and after waiting 30 mins we asked and she had the nerve to say it hasn’t even been stared- two bagels w cream cheese? I understand if there is a big order ahead but at least mention it and be apologetic about it. We are the customers PAYING for the goods. Do not need this type of service before even starting the day.Don’t waste your time here
