Literal gem in the middle of an industrial area, read the various reviews before buying a super grinder sandwich and everyone was right it’s absolutely delicious, plus they have many drink options and as a bonus I found out once I arrived they sell really good spam Musubi. I called in my order ahead of time I picked it up and went about my day really convenient. They accept cash/card in case anyone was wondering.

This is the place I've been looking for!!! holy moly. decided to try it on a whim, just driving by and wow! I had the special of the day which was a turkey avocado sandwich with drink and chips. 10/10 I also picked up a spam musubi and it is one of the best I've ever had. I almost walked back in to get the other one lol. The lady behind the counter was very friendly and kind. will definitely be my new spot. thank you!!!

Just a regular business park sandwich shop. Girl working was very nice and the store was clean.They got my sandwich wrong 2 times, they let me keep the 1st one but I didn't bother mentioning the 2nd wrong sandwich as I didn't have time for a remake.
