Second time around, ordered 2 large bowls
All beef (no veggies) & beef +chicken w/veggies
Our bowls were served sloppy, never mind it having portions of a kids bowl, smh! 🤦♀️ presentation is everything!
It just shows whomever was preparing bowls, was not in the greatest mood 🙁 Will not come back to this location 📍

absolute trash. the lack of customer service skills is appalling. cashier is rude as hell. the phone was ringing nonstop but cashier didn’t bother picking up the phone. she was on her phone the whole time. she needs get fired and grow up and learn some respect.

The food is great but the service needs improvement. I have worked in customer service for 15 years and the workers have rude behavior. They sound very young but when ordering they do not repeat back the order for clarification. I have gotten better service in Jack and the box than this place. You’ll lose customers!

My family and I grew up eating yoshi! We've gone to many different ones around Cali and have always gotten outstanding customer service. However, this is the 1st one that had terrible customer service. It was mostly the young lady who attended us. Not only did she have a face of being unhappy where she works but was also rude! Julia. R gave us attitude when we asked for more ginger. We had ordered 3 XL combo bowls and 2 chicken bowls. She only gave us 4 gingers, so we asked if we could have a little more she grabbed more for us and threw them in the bag with an attitude. That was very rude and unprofessional.
