Yoshinoya Santa Fe Springs

My family and I grew up eating yoshi! We've gone to many different ones around Cali and have always gotten outstanding customer service. However, this is the 1st one that had terrible customer service. It was mostly the young lady who attended us. Not only did she have a face of being unhappy where she works but was also rude! Julia. R gave us attitude when we asked for more ginger. We had ordered 3 XL combo bowls and 2 chicken bowls. She only gave us 4 gingers, so we asked if we could have a little more she grabbed more for us and threw them in the bag with an attitude. That was very rude and unprofessional.

Service was super friendly. Took a little bit longer than I thought it might, but not too bad. Got a combo of beef and chickeb. Beef tasted as it should. The chicken was tough and tasted a little stale (?) if that's even an applicable adjective. Not like really bad but not like I'm used to from Yoshinoya. The lychee boba was really tasty, though.

Spent $60 bucks last weekend got 2 extra teriyaki with a smile. Only spent $30 had to pay extra for teriyaki. Also can't follow a simple request. Orderedy xl combo with brown rice. They offer it. It's on the menu. I guess it's too difficult for these young retards to follow directions. So they nickel and dime you for a condiment and can't get your order right. That's what I get for not going to my regular place which is not yoshinoya.

I am a frequent customer who likes Yoshinoya's food, I go in normally to buy my food as always and I find the manager named Sara yelling at the cooks who don't speak Spanish that this was America, the problem there were customers, she had a terrible attitude, I know most of the employees and they are all very friendly, unfortunately difficult times are coming and with these types of people where are we going to go, if we want to have a strong country and continue being #1, we have to change Attitude will be better every day, I am trying to speak to the corporation with no response, I will continue trying.

Always short staff and suuuuuuper long wait for your food. It doesn’t matter if you are inside or drive thru.
