Spent $60 bucks last weekend got 2 extra teriyaki with a smile. Only spent $30 had to pay extra for teriyaki. Also can't follow a simple request. Orderedy xl combo with brown rice. They offer it. It's on the menu. I guess it's too difficult for these young retards to follow directions. So they nickel and dime you for a condiment and can't get your order right. That's what I get for not going to my regular place which is not yoshinoya.

You guys need to be more careful about how you package food that is meant to be delivered through Uber Eats. I know other places put stickers to keep the bags closed so that the customers feel confident that their food hasn't been tampered with. There's no security in the way you guys package it. It's just put in a bag like normal. Please be more considerate of the customers safety.

Food is good, however their boba seems like a rip off. Is mostly ice and when you ask for light ice they give you the same amount of drink as if you didn't ask for light ice. Take a look a the picture below. Even when you go to places like Starbucks and ask for light ice they give you more volume but not Yoshinoya.

There's been twice I go, and a young girl maybe in her mid-20s just looks miserable and doesn't provide very good service. Maybe they're understaffed, she was working the back/kitchen and register.

Service stinks!!They have a bit of an attitude when serving people who walk into the restaurant. NOT GOOD!!The dining room was dirty, and they hadhalf of it closed down due to a leak in the ceiling.Food was so so. Was not happy about it at all.That should have been a free meal and not pay over $20.00 For that service we received.

The only redeeming thing about this place is the staff. They were really nice. However they charge 10$ for the saddest bowls. Take ur money to the Wok Express across because the food here is just sad.They are def struggling here. Not a single car in the drive thru or a soul inside the restaurant (shoula been a ref flag) I Added veggies and was given some steamed cabbage w a few slices of carrot and broccoli lol. I subbed udon noodles and they gave me like 6 noodles. I parked my car after going through the drive thru and returned that sad struggle meal and took my money and appetite elsewhere. They are stingy here and the food is just not good and too bland to be charging their prices. Never going to any yoshinoya again, Wonder how they stay in business.

1 star Cause i cant give 0 stars Went thru drive thru placed my order paid and then was told to park until my order was ready (a chicken veggie bowl and spring rolls) thwn didnt wanna mess up there drive thru timer i guess so i waited parked for about 15 mins and no one came out so I went in to see what was up and to get a refund if my food wasn't ready which it wasn't 4 people working no one in charge 2 people just kept wiping tables that no one used I person in drive thru window taking orders and 1 person making the food no one had a reason for the delay and all seemed lost when asked about my order no one could give me an 800 number since there was no manager to speak to and it took another 10 mins to just get a refund at that point my order was ready but I didn't want it. once the drive thru cashier stopped taking orders and finally helped me giving me my money back never have a been to a place so crazy and unprofessional and so I went and spent less at the Chinese takeout next door instead
