June 25,2025, around 11:30 am. It took 5 timesI to repeat the same order of a beef burrito at the drive thru. The young girl told me they only have bean burritos. Then, you add beef, onions, or salsa. My wife had ordered beef burritos for years from Taco Bell. We canceled our order. I think the workers weren't trained right with the full menu. Don't go there if you want a beef burrito. It's not a pleasant place.

I called TO ASK IF THEY HAD GLUTEN FREE OPTIONS. She answered. Said hi. I said “hi I have a question” and she HUNG UP ON ME. So I called again and guess what. She answered and when I asked why did you hang up on me…she hung up again. HORRIBLE service. 🫤

im not going to lie i love taco bell but there workers are so nasty i caught some worker girl touching cash and then making the tacos with the same glove and i complained and she said oh well sorry like bro what your nasty as heck for not changing your gloves money is dirty 🤦🏻♀️

I’ll see this. This is the only Taco Bell that I’ve been that customer service is on point. They have good attitude very good on service. The food is great and on top of everything there’s some female that help me give me my gave me my order and she was cleaning the window door and I passed by and I told her that she looked really pretty and she answered me polite by surprise so I will recommend this Taco Bell to anybody

TL/DR: Staff handles rushes well, doesn't mess up orders, good luck paying in cash inside
While the staff and food are amazing here (they always get our custom orders right, even in drive thru), the recent renovation they did put the ordering kiosks right in front of the regular registers. If there is a rush, good luck trying to pay in cash because there are too many people up front ordering and the staff can't see if people need help as well.
Staff is still amazing though! They handle their rushes like a well oiled machine
Like I said, love this place, but I may be strictly going drive thru from now on 👍
(Also the freeze machine here is broken sometimes so be wary of that when ordering)
