Really bad. Food is way more expensive than other locations and no online discounts. And ZERO toilet paper in the bathrooms. I tried to let someone who worked there know, but as I tried to get someone’s attention at the counter ALL of the employees completely ignored me. Customer service was completely nonexistent!

Stopped here in Santa Nella CA.on the way back from Oakland Airport on a road trip. Had a couple bean rice & cheese burritos & a large drink just to hold me over till I got home, was as always a good snack. The only thing I didn't really like was the kiosk that they prefer to use .it was a little difficult to navigate for me, I guess I'm getting to old for this new school way to do things like this. The nice girl behind the counter who was doing both the drive up & counter ask if I was having trouble with the kiosk, I asked her I would like to order the old school way & she was very happy to do so ,I just wish I got her name so I could leave her KUDOS for her great customer experience! Taco Bell is always great for a great fast snack when you're on the road or late nite.

They are not adding any ground beef to any items . Expect pure rice . Grilled cheese burrito looked like a taquito.Even the worker new they aren’t adding meat to save on cost!!

June 25,2025, around 11:30 am. It took 5 timesI to repeat the same order of a beef burrito at the drive thru. The young girl told me they only have bean burritos. Then, you add beef, onions, or salsa. My wife had ordered beef burritos for years from Taco Bell. We canceled our order. I think the workers weren't trained right with the full menu. Don't go there if you want a beef burrito. It's not a pleasant place.
