Stopped at this taco truck after fueling up in Santa Nella and it didn't disappoint. I was starving from a long trip from LA and the Machaca Breakfast Burrito was on point. Coupled with a Mexican coke I was good to go.
Headed to Santa Nella & found food truck recommendations on Google. Asked local about this new food, Birria, received & owner suggested a sample... enough said... utterly exquisite authentic Mexican taste! High point on I-5‼

My sister recommended the quesabirria tacos. We stopped here on the way home. They were located right off the freeway. The Quesabirria tacos were flavorful. The consome was full of love. Lots of flavor. And the perfect complement to the aforementioned Quesabirria tacos. Once you start dipping, you can't stop. Highly highly recommended. The food truck is perfectly priced. The service was nice and fast. I can't wait to try them again.
