The Food was good. The sports bar was nice. The gambling was ok. The Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

We had a lovely dinner at the Willows. Food and wine were very good, and I love that there is a dedicated vegan menu. Portions are VERY large—we didn't understand this and ended up ordering way too much food. It would have been great if the waiter had given us a little introduction to the menu so that we could have avoided all of the unintentional leftovers. Ambiance was quite nice on the patio. Major drawback to this restaurant is the hike through the smoke-filled casino on the way in. Yuck.

The A5 Wagyu was underwhelming. The broccolini had no seasoning whatsoever, and the potatoes were saturated in oil. I believe they overcompensate with portion size to counter the less than desirable meal. I also have to mention the oysters, Definitely need to be re-thought out. The extremely sweet “caviar” completely overpowered the beautiful taste of the oyster.

You let a 30 top eat breakfast? And on a Sunday morning?

This was our second time here and the service and food was amazing both times. Pricing may come off as a shocker, but it is TOTALLY worth it- especially for a date night or special occasion. We came for a late valentines and then for my fiancés birthday. He got the filet and scallops and I got the seafood grill (best halibut I have ever had) Both entrees were amazing and of course we shared!! Already planning our next return trip.

Unfortunately this wasn't the experience we hoped for. We drove in from the San Fernando Valley to eat here and attend a show. The restaurant was pretty and we were excited to dine here. It took quite a while to get the food we ordered, in excess of 30-40 minutes. It fell very short, my sister had the steak frites which were dry and terrible, it was awful. She couldn't get through one piece. I had the seafood grill and it also wasnt good, however, I ate it because I was hungry and there was no time to get anything else before the show. We spoke to the manager, he seemed very disinterested and didn't seem to care much. He took the steak frites off the bill and that was it. Overall a very expensive and disappointing experience.

What happened to Willows? We have been there several times, Made a reservation a month in advance. We dressed to the nines. They seated us in some room off to the side Of the main dining room. Zero ambiance. Server polite but not (4) star. So disappointed. Next time we visit Chumash, we will dine in Solving. Not worth the money.

Really enjoyed our meal here last night. We had 6:15 reservations and were going to the show at 8 pm. I asked for a “romantic” table and were seated at a great spot by the window looking out on the patio area...very nice. Service was excellent and on point. The steak was delicious as was the giant baked potato we split. They were even kind enough to bring out a beautiful dessert for my birthday. We were both very pleased with the whole meal and look forward to coming back here again sometime.

That's a quiet, very attentive work group. The atmosphere was wonderful and you do such a good job of keeping the smoke out from the casino side.It was a beautiful place to have dinner. The food was "OUTSTANDING" !!!!

This was a nice steakhouse but the food was very overpriced. I guess that is to be expected based on its location. We dressed up for our anniversary dinner but many people were very casual in jeans and t-shirts.

We've eaten here about 10 times over the last four or five years. It is five stars every time - the filet mignon is the best we've ever had and even though we would like to try other things on the menu, we always go back to that.

Was greeted at our table quickly by someone giving us water. Didn't see another person for 15 minutes until we asked if we had a waiter/waitress. Finally placed a drink order that showed up after... after.. we ordered and got our dinner salad. High end restaurant and alcohol did not touch our lips until 35 minutes after we sat down. For a restaurant of that type serving big dollar meals, you have to have good, attentive service and get the drinks flowing fast. On the flip side, the food was spectacular. Maybe it was an off night, and they were short staffed.

It's our 4th time visiting. The food and service are amazing. They haven't disappointed. We visit with our daughters that are under the age of 21. We just need to follow the carpet and not stop at all. Since they are underage and restaurant is located inside the Casino.

While excited to enjoy our meal we were seated in a seemingly separate dining area. I wasn't wearing shorts and we were dressed appropriately with reservation yet we were seated with what appeared to be walk ins. One man slurping his soup and smacking (mouth open) food 2 tables away. Very distracting. We were seated as if we were going to Applebees. No one helped us with our chairs/napkins...ok maybe not necessary but for the price of the food I sort of expected ‘something'. Partner ordered two bone pork chop and we received “2” single pork chops, and yes it makes a difference. I did enjoy my food and serve staff. Willows even the decor? What was I looking at your TV commercial? Felt more like Hotel 6. I was very disappointed. So many better steak places to eat! AJ Spurs and Hitching Post. I'll make sure to take the trip out next time.
