Ordered a chicken sandwich and ended up costing $26. I was charged five dollars extra for grilled instead of fried chicken and 3.00 to substitute onion rings. So I pay $18 for a hamburger buns lettuce and tomato plus an additional five dollars for the sliced chicken.

Food is good and reasonably priced, the music is fine on Sunday afternoon if you don't mind yelling across the table to talk.

This place scores big for local flavor and historic ambiance. The food is mediocre at best, but if you're coming for some drinks and a good time with music and friends you'll be just fine here. Cash & credit cards accepted.Large venue for music & dancing. Indoor and outdoor seating. Traditional bar seating inside, but the stage/dance floor area "downstairs" has more indoor tables for seating. Menu tries to position itself above bar food fare and succeeds in options if not in quality. The brussel sprouts & bacon are quite good, though - recommend those. The nachos are quite bad - cheese sauce and other mystery liquids. Tri-tip sandwich is light on the tri-tip and has no other redeeming qualities unless you include the slightly damp bun. French fries are respectable though - crispy and well-salted.Full bar and weekly specials. Spicy margarita is basic and not terribly spicy. Sazerac is all right but nothing memorable - but bonus points for offering it!Again, don't come here for the food. Come for music, dancing, mixing and mingling with the locals and all that jazz. Maybe eat beforehand!

Vegetarian options: You might be able to ask for meatless options. But meat is definitely the star here and throughout Santa Ynez!

Dietary restrictions: Inquire carefully.

Parking: Reasonable sized dirt parking lot and undoubted there are other places to park nearby.

Kid-friendliness: Kid & family-friendly before dark, but it is a bar and probably gets less family oriented the later it gets.

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes.
