We had the pulled pork sliders and artichoke spinach dip. Both of those were really good! ? It was kinda dark in there (bar area) but it's a cool place. The bartender/server was nice, and he kept checking in on us to see if we needed anything. We went on a Monday night, so nothing was going on, but we'll be back for sure. Thank you!

Rayna is the best Back here to salute a friend who passed away from a heart attack. The last time my husband was here was with our friends John and Kevin. John passed away in October 2023. Rayna was very supportive and gave a drink on her. Now that's very special to us and we'll be back. Cheers John Bowers we love you see you on the other side

I couldn’t even get myself to order food here. I was at the bar watching the cook with no gloves touching uncooked meat then touching everything, not washing his hands!!! Took a tortilla from the bag and put it on the stove, then took it off and put it back in the bag? I had to leave after one drink. I really wanted to hangout here.

Came here to grab a drink with some friends while we waited for a dinner reservation - had 15-20 mins to kill. This place used to be so much better in the past. It's now a restaurant too. Bartender looked annoyed to be serving us,- maybe he had a bad night. The greeter was really nice, though.

The Maverick Saloon was awesome! I went to see the comedy show and despite other people not laughing as much, I had a great time. The bartender was just as funny as the comics and the tri tip sammich was delicious. This was a great getaway from Solvang and the casino. There's so much more to do in Santa Ynez.

We recently had a private dance lesson and dinner for a large group at Maverick Saloon and we all had the best time!The service we had both during the dance lesson as well as the dinner wasn't just great, it was phenomenal. The care that the event staff and waitress gave to our group was amazing, the bartenders were incredible and the food was great.All in all, we had an amazing experience and I look forward to hosting another event there in the future.
