Been a wine club member for years. And honestly their services is not as good as before. It's bad enough they charge my credit card then wait weeks at times even months this to ship it because of high temperatures. They do this despite me telling them several times not to charge my card until they ship my wine. Recently they charge my card and postpone shipping because of the heat.
