I haven't been to SYB in 18 years, but I'm glad to see they're still there. I stopped in when I was passing thru town and my burrito was just as good as I remember it.
Large lukewarm burritos consisting of under flavored dried out meat, mushy rice and beans, flavorless pico de gallo made from just unripe colorless flavorless refrigerated mealy tomatoes. No onions, cilantro or jalapeños to be found. I spent a few decades eating liquor store and hole in the wall burrito shops. This one is a Meh, for sure. They will fill you up for $15-20 but that’s it. I’ve tried to eat here a few times but it always the same. It’s okay in a pinch but otherwise...
