Our filets were overcooked. For fine dining, I would have appreciated a linen table cloth. The steak knives were missing matched. The coconut prawns were dry. With the exception of the negatives, we were very happy

Was a fabulous experience. The wife and I went to celebrate our anniversary. We made reservations, and arrived on time and were seated immediately. We realized, reservations weren't necessary on a Wednesday but I wasn't gonna chance it. The service was top notch and the food was impeccable. The dress code says “Business Casual” however, being in a casino there were people there in shorts and tee shirts. I don't think they really care about the dress code. They did read the reservation from Open table and we got a dessert that said “Happy Anniversary “. That was a nice finishing touch. Overall, a really nice time and really good dinner.

Chumash Willows is one of the best restaurant in Santa Ynez! Foods are excellent! Delicious and beautifully arranged that is attractive to the eyes.Servers are kind and respectful including the manager and Hosts.I can't wait coming back to eat my next meals!

Dined here before a show at Chumash theater. Menu had a very nice pre show dinner for $75 that included lst course, choice of 4 mains & 1 of 2 desserts. All were very good. Server was excellent and paced the meal as we asked in order to be perfectly timed for showtime, relaxed and fun. Very loud, lots of bustle. Everyone we spoke with enjoyed their meal. Very friendly. Would return.

We celebrated my mom's 92nd Birthday and had a wonderful experience. The food was fantastic and our server, Bonnie, took excellent care of us! She brought mom a beautiful, delicious, complimentary dessert with a candle. Would definitely recommend and will return!!

The service and ambience was good. Bonnie our server was professional and attentive. I would say definitely very good. My steak was not tasty I had the American wagyu, it was bland and not tasty. Average. My son had the same and felt the same way. My daughter loved the salmon so that was a plus. My wife had the shrimp and noodles she said it lacked any punch. So not good on that one. Like I said Bonnie was very good but food was a disappointment. We would not come back for that reason.

Unfortunately, the table before us had to wait 45 min at their table to even get drink service and left. We had great service for the beginning, but then were forgotten for over 30 min and had to track people down multiple times to pay our tab. We were also missing items we were billed for and a beer that was not what was ordered. Usually, the Willows is to par and fantastic, but this time, it missed the mark.

The entire fish fry is a delightful culinary experience, showcasing the natural flavors and textures of the fish in its entirety. The crispy exterior gives way to succulent, flaky flesh, perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. Whether it's served with a squeeze of lemon or accompanied by zesty sauces, every bite is a testament to the freshness and quality of the seafood. It's a classic dish that never fails to satisfy seafood enthusiasts looking for a delicious and satisfying meal.

We came here for my wife's birthday. We were able to get a reservation last minute. We got the tomahawk steak and it was amazing! We have shared this in other Vegas restaurants and high end restaurants and this was one of the best ones. We loved the side table carving. Johanna was absolutely fantastic

My recent experience at The Willow left me utterly disappointed and disgusted with the level of service I received. From start to finish, it was a complete disaster. I would strongly advise against dining at this establishment.First and foremost, the waitress demonstrated an alarming lack of basic hygiene and respect for food safety. To my disbelief, she carelessly placed my to-go bag on the dirty floor, exposing it to all kinds of germs and bacteria. This behavior is not only unprofessional, but it also shows a blatant disregard for the health and well-being of the customers. To make matters worse, I noticed that while the waitress was apathetic towards me, her demeanor drastically changed when attending to white customers. It was disheartening to witness such obvious preferential treatment based on race. As a customer, I expect equal treatment and respect regardless of my background.Furthermore, the fact that food was found on the ground, seemingly meant for animals, is absolutely unacceptable. It is appalling that an establishment claiming to provide quality service and food would allow such negligence to occur. This incident not only tarnished my dining experience but also raised serious concerns about the overall cleanliness and standards of The Willow. In conclusion, I strongly discourage anyone from visiting The Willow based on my recent experience. The combination of unsanitary practices, discrimination, and the overall lack of professionalism displayed by the waitress made this outing one of the worst I have ever had. As a customer, I expect a certain level of service and respect, and unfortunately, The Willow failed to deliver on both fronts.
