Bagel & Donut Bar

One of the worst bagel sandwiches I have had. No cream cheese, regular cheese was not melted, avocado was brown and the bagel was stale. I will go to Einstein Bagels from now on.

My niece was not happy with her stale donuts. I had a bagel and it was ok. Microwaved eggs and bacon.

The old lady with short hair is arrogant , she needs a lot of. A costumer service ..the attitude she help people .She looks always mad, and talks like he is doing a favor to sell her donuts.... Two times i see her yelling at employees...

I came in for an after-dinner donut. There were cooks present, but nobody helping customers. Some cook in the back was doing sign language at me trying to indicate to go to the other counter, as I don't think he spoke English. I went to the other counter but only saw two other cooks who wanted nothing to do with customer interaction. I waited patiently for another minute, but nobody appeared. Left without being helped, I don't think I'll be back again. Donuts looked tasty though.

I stood at the counter for 15 minutes and nobody decided to take my order. I want to like one or two donuts and it took 15 to 20 minutes just to get that I want to come back to this place ever. This people have no respect

Love this place. Great selection and always friendly folks. Only issue is, the sign says open 530a-6p but here i am, and they’re closed. Cmon guys. Why post hours if they’re going to be incorrect

Parking is good. The store is clean and service is fast and friendly. There’s a lot of good donut options and the breakfast and lunch menu look awesome.

the place itself looked pretty but the food overall was not good at all. everything is microwaved and the donuts did not look or taste fresh

The lady who works there is incredibly rude. Tried to get help and went above and beyond to be polite and she was a total a*hole. I went to pick up an order and was demanded in the most inconsiderate manner to fill part of it myself as if I work for them. When I inquired about a second she brushed me off. I cancelled and said screw you don't worry I won't be back. You will never get my money! You have a choice as to where you spend your hard earned money and if I were you I definitely would not spend it here! If you like craptastic service go for it

Didn't pick up phone when I called but we're completely empty when I arrived. Staff acted hostile when asked simple questions about what their donuts were (toppings, cost etc). Ordered a breakfast sandwich that ended up tasting like stir fry. Pretty unpleasant experience, hopefully just a bad day for them.

I didn’t receive any condiments on my sandwich i ordered and the quality of food was less than subpar. Whoever worked 07/23/22 at 6:30am did not do a quality job making my food. I’m so disappointed.

I was really craving a bagel and I found this place on a quick google search…from the moment I walked in the door I knew it wasn’t going to be a good experience. They did not have the bagel or the spread that I wanted. The lady at the counter seemed distracted and kept getting my order wrong (repeated back the wrong bagel, gave me the wrong cream cheese). I got a latte which was 99% milk. The everything bagel I ordered was good but the cream cheese had a very weird sweet after taste. I will never go back, way better bagel places around. Donuts looked really pretty but I didn’t order any.

This is a really cute place and very clean. Quite a selection of bagels & donuts. The bagels are light, airy, and tasty. staff is very friendly and kind. I will definitely have to come back and try some donuts.

Delicious well made coffee and good service! We also had a lemon currant scone which was to die for good! The ambiance was groovy too, with great tunes playing overhead, old brick walls, art, and plants. Quiet enough to get work done or just relax. Wish there was one close to home.
