Got a turkey ice cream cake for thanksgiving and it was a hit! Family working there on thanksgiving was extremely nice. Location clean and welcoming.

Perhaps getting older my tastebuds are changing as the ice cream isn't as creamy as I remember. Had my old standby, Oreo cookie which didn't have many cookie chunks. However it satisfies the need! Mom likes the chocolate fudge as it smooth, creamy for her and chocolate. Dad has chocolate chip and thought it was ok.This location is solid. Hopefully I get her name right, Raquel, is now a steady face there which is comforting as before her it seemed to be steady stream of new faces just passing through. It's well lit and clean. The 31% on the 31st drew us in and keeps us coming when we don't crave it and order sundaes! Smart promotion!

I don't usually write reviews like this but after this happening every time in the past month, time to. I love Baskin and have been coming to the Santee location for 16 years. My only complaint in all those years was the attitude of the kids working there was often not pleasant. But for the past month or so since the family that owns it has been behind the counter, the size of the regular scoops have been small and more like kid sized scoops. I went there this week and the scoops did not even reach the edge of the cup, and it was the standard size cup for a double scoop, so two scoops sat well below the rim AND for those two measly scoops it was over $6! So less ice cream for more money. Plan to try the Fletcher Parkway location and see if this is a problem with the Santee location. Won't tolerate the more money for less product even if that seems to be the norm these days....don't mess with my ice cream!

3/17/23, I arrived at open and asked for any ST Patricks cake. They didn't have any. Asked if I ordered here or on line if it could be same days for the ST Patricks cake. She told me no and they need 24 hours. Oh well. Decided to get a small 6 inch cake and she placed a few green clovers in it. Total price about $21. Cake looks great. Great customer service and no lines. See several of the photos. Best. Have it 5 stars for the service and extra touch of green icing clovers.

Went in after working outside all day. Air conditioner felt so goodStore was very clean. Ice cream was great and staff was polite. Would recommend to go again.

The staff we encountered this evening were rude and stupid. The job is pretty simple, you scoop ice cream lol. We asked if they had a certain flavor because we did not see it in the case, and one girl said no then we asked the other lady and she said yes.Then we asked about another flavor, and both said no, but then we saw it in the case. How do you not know what flavors you have? There’s not many of them and they are labeled in front of you. My husband then asked that they pack 2 quarts for us of those flavors, the first girl said that they don’t do it and to look at their prepackaged ones. He then asked the shift manager who also said they don’t do that. It’s on the menu, and we’ve order quarts and pints before. He asked a third time, and something must have clicked bc that’s when she said she could do that. Both ladies were being rude and short with my husband, there weren’t any other customers there, not that being busy warrants a bad attitude towards your customers. Anyways we got home and the quarts weren’t properly packed. They literally weren’t packed. The ice cream was sitting loose in the container, and when we packed it, it was about half the size. What a rip off. If you want Baskin Robins, go to another location. There are a ton nearby

Horrible service and very racist! As an African American woman I always hate coming into these type of places in Santee, because my family and I are always mistreated. I had a feeling that it was going to be a horrible experience based off of the dirty looks that my family and I received when walking in the door. I have two small children and the two girls both had a terrible attitude as my daughters were trying to decide which flavors they wanted (now that we are no longer allowed to try any of the flavors due to Covid). When they finally gave us our ice cream, they gave us the smallest scoops of ice cream! Initially I wasn't going to say anything, however after seeing another white family come in and get twice the size in scoops, I went to the counter to ask why our scoops were so small. I received nothing but dirty looks and eye rolls. They literally wanted to argue with me about the size of the scoops and put them on the scale to measure. I hadn't eaten any of the ice cream so it was exactly what they gave me. I asked her if she measured the white family behind us since they got twice the size and one of the girls rolled her eyes and walked to the back. it's absolutely disgusting the way that people think that they can treat people of color in this area! They will never get another dime of my money and I will be contacting corporate. I really hope that something is done about this type of behavior. You just can't treat people that way. This was such a terrible experience. I will NEVER return to this location. I'm disgusted!

BB has always been a part of our childhood and when our son was old enough to enjoy ice cream we took him here. They were very friendly and let him try a few flavors (pre Covid) During Covid you can't sample but by now our son has his favorites. We recently went and got him some ice cream with the weather warming up. Staff was friendly and the ice cream is always delicious.

Huge thank you to everyone here!. They didn't have to but added my order last minute order for my daughter's 4th birthday party. I asked for a basic cake since it was last minute and added my own stuff to it afterwards. They were so nice from start to finish and there price was really good! I would highly suggest going to this location and I will be using them in the future!!. Plus everyone loved the cake at the party!! You guys rock!
