The food is good a really poor costumer service and they treat you differently if ur not alight skin color they need to be more professional

ABSOLUTELY THE MOST DISGUSTING SANDWHICH LOCATION IN THE ENTIRE COUNTY!!! IF YOU WANT THE CHEAPEST MEATS THIS ENTIRE PLANET HAS TO OFFER, CHEAPEST, EXPIRED TASTING INDGREDIENTS, I WOULD AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE! I DONT UNDERSTAND MANAGEMENT THAT THNKS THEY CAN SERVE HUMAN BEINGS THIS FOOD! HORRIFIC TO SAY THE LEAST

Great sandwiches and salads. For a great price. And a great staff to go with it.

We come here often because the sandwiches are great. The service is not. The atmosphere is crowded and loud. Today we ordered 6 sandwiches to go instead of eating in. We had to wait a full 20 minutes. Meanwhile I watched as every other person that walked in AFTER us was given their food. When we were finally called the girl said thanks for waiting. I told her it was too long a wait. She replied that they served all the people ordering 1-2 sandwiches first. I saw at least 2 sets of 4 also get served, not counting pick up orders
The 1 and 2 sandwiches I counted at 16. There was no apology. Although I like their sandwiches, I will not support a rude establishment.

Sandwiches are priced similar to Subway but the quality is so much higher. I always order by phone and it is ready in less than 10 minutes. Don’t forget to get the extra sweet and sour sauce on the side, it’s 10/10

Good little sandwich spot in santee I will order online and pick up usually I get the Italian sub its pretty good and you do get a really good sized sandwich for a good price the workers are always nice the restaurant always looks clean they do have a bar area with beers on tap this place is usually pretty busy so you should order online I only knock a star because 1 out of like the 10 times I went here the sandwich had barely any meat but it only happened one time all other times good sandwich

Bailey at Board and Brew was fantastic! I had ordered a Baja chicken sandwich with extra chicken last week, but when I got home, it was missing the extra chicken. I reached out to them, and Bailey quickly got in touch to resolve the issue. I’ll definitely be returning—great customer service!

Wow, to be honest it is my 3rd time here. Let me tell you i fell inlove with the ROAST BEEF SPICY 🔥🔥🔥🔥the first day...CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AMAZING and they also have a great beer selection wich compliments the sandwich....i felt very comfortable here and i made it my favorite spot at santee....
