I love this place. They maker great milk teas and terrific popcorn chicken. The chicken comes with a great seasoning and has a crispy exterior and tender inside.Parking is limited at this location.

My husband had a company party and I called the night before if there was an option to do catering for 8 people. One of the employees there answered and did her best to answer everything. I ended up getting in touch with the manager (Joyce) and she was extremely helpful. She made sure everything went smoothly. My husband's party was going to be in Encinitas but we live in Santee so Joyce said she could have everything ready in Del Mar where they have another restaurant called Xin Chao Eatery. It was super nice for them to accommodate for us and make things easier so we wouldn't have to stress about the company party. Thank you so much Joyce and Justin for being the best!! I highly recommend their party pack if you're ever thinking about having boba at your party. The boba was still good and fresh too when we had them. Thanks again for your service! ?

They made a mistake on 4 of our drinks that I purchased today. They did not add milk to the brown sugar milk tea with crystal bobas…tried calling them and they did not pick up the phone on purpose. No joy with these boba drinks here!

This is the BEST Boba shop I have been to! My all time favorite order is the Thai Milk Tea with Boba. The staff were super polite and helpful and they provided service at lightning speed! The environment and ambiance of the store was so calm and inviting and everything was kept extremely clean.
