Chain establish but great spot for staple breakfast food. The best thing about this place was the service we got from Maria. Amazing attitude and excellent service. Would come here again for pancakes, coffee and a mimosa!

Please expand to Ventura County! Food was delicious! Got the opportunity to meet the owner aka dish washer Roy 😆 the most humble man to speak to. Staff was amazing as well! Definitely a must try if you're in the area!

So much better than any other chain breakfast/ brunch place. the place has character and so nicely designed, the waiters are extremely friendly ( just what you need in the morning) , the food is also real good and the portions are very reasonable!
