The AI that takes your order in the drive thru is annoying. Made a mistake on my last visit I didn't catch. Ordered zucchini but got a zucchini star. Yuck.

9 out of 10 times I come and eat here they get my order WRONG, it’s amazing that they just don’t get it right. What hurts is that I always pay extra for the double meat and I get home and it’s single. The manager running this restaurant should be replaced (chubby bald headed guy)

This restaurant has consistently been a disappointment. In all the visits over the years, my order has been wrong more than it's been right. For some reason, I keep giving them another try. Yesterday I struggled through the "AI" drive through ordering process and ordered a hamburger. I asked for "no pickles" which was clearly printed on the screen and receipt. My second bite in, guess what.....lots of pickles! I think I've had enough bad experiences here.

On 4:45pm I went through the dine in, I ordered a famous cheese on sourdough bread well done meat. The meat was very burnt and dry seemed to be reheated and not fresh.

Carl's Jr. Seems to always be consistent, however staffs seem to fluctuate from one to another. But in general they're pretty nice.
A.I. menu at the drive thru is clumsy and slow. I have learned to talk to it but not everyone is able or knows to do this, so cars in front of you take forever to order and customers are getting frustrated. With choosing to use A.I. Carl’s Jr will loose out in the long run.
