They better close this location, ordered the cali xl from this location and I got a sandwich you would not want to eat but I was very hungry unfortunately. They put only cheese and patties are cold and old they are dried out. What a shame on them and the company

I love carls Jr. Let's start with that. Let's be honest though, fast food service isn't good anymore. When my girlfriend and I walked in, the shift leader, I think his name was Erik, was going out of his way to do something for another customer in there. Then the young guy behind the counter was very polite and helped me put my ebt info in the machine. Every other place tell me to do it myself. Which is fine, but this was refreshing. Thank you guys for the great service.

Totally agree with the One star reviews. Sadly but true, tasteless cold food, I work near by Santee location, its been a long time since I purchased and after tried Again, it it the same story again, yucky taste cold food, definitely I wont buy here anymore!

Disgusting, came here ordered $30 of food and didnt even eat it , not only did we wait for 10 mins in the drive through when there was NO ONE there but the food was cold , fries were old like they had been sitting there . this place needs to be shut down

5 stars in every category. I cannot praise this place enough. My son is special needs and everyone here is so kind and so nice to him. We rarely go out to eat anymore because now that he's 20 it is hard to find places with kind people. Not here. Carl's Jr in Santee is the best. I don't know everyone's names but I have to thank William, first. He is consistently a top notch worker. We love the spicy sauce on the guacamole burger, it is so good. The fries are bomb, and their house sauce, which is a must with zucchini, is ALWAYS cold. We. Love. It. My only complaint is that I really want them to fix the strawberry fanta. Lol. But thankfully their milkshakes are always perfect. Thank you Carl's Jr! We seriously appreciate you!
