Good food, could have been a little fresher but the automated service is great only thing is I think they still need to improve the automated drive thru service just a little bit for I changed my combo from a medium with criss cut fries to a large and it removed my criss cut fries so when I got my food I got a large fry instead of criss cut which was very disappointing ?

The drive-thru automated order taking system is terrible. I have come here twice within the past two weeks and both times the system failed to properly comprehend my order. This evening, the automated system messed up the order three times before a human order taker took over. Even after human intervention they gave me a Chicken club sandwich instead of what I ordered. Fix your automated system or get rid of it.

The gentleman at the drive thru, William, deserves a some positive recognition and appreciation for his customer service. He not only gave this customer his undivided attention, he in fact corrected the order and gave his courtesy throughout the interaction. Thank you and keep up the good work.

Went here for dimner 6pm. I give fast food places some slack - no one is perfect, but they messed up every category. First a robot starts to take my order. Then halfway a guy takes over while I continue it. He was slightly on the rude side... After getting to the window the wait was pretty long, then after getting home and opening the food the order wasn't even the right order. I wanted the sourdough star but got a cheaper burger instead. Rip off.

I went to two different Carl's juniors maybe three The one on Moreno and the one on Midway I believe The one on Midway the atmosphere is a three because there's no one ever in there it's just kind of dead but the people are nice and the food is good The one on Moreno I've never been inside of that one I'm only used to drive through and sometimes they're a little bit incompetent I waited so long for like a chicken sandwich one day I had to pull off to the side and wait for the guy to bring it out to me it's horrible but food was good

The drive through is using a AI to take orders. It worked very well. It has very clear audio and the speech was easy to understand. It also answered quickly. There were no mistakes.

I want to sing praises to the guys working the 8 pm shift on Thursday, December 28, 2023. We are visiting from Montana and borrowed my mom’s car. We ordered through the drive thru and her car died, DIED at the window! The guys working the shift were the nicest and most patient. They helped us try to start the battery (to no avail) and then pushed our car out of the drive-thru. Thank you to the cars behind us for their patience and one guy behind who also offered to help push. Thank you for the help!
Got home, didn't have the chicken stars we paid for. We called a bunch of times, and no one answered the phone at all.
