Love this location. No matter the line we always experience fast service. The food of course is delicious! I really like that they have some healthy alternatives like a fruit cup instead of fries and multi grain bread for the buns.
I love chick fil a. On July 17th, I came to the Santee location for lunch. I don't come often. I got #1 with fries, a drink and a vanilla milkshake. Everything fine until the order came. I saw the employee walk past carrying the bag in a kinda lackadaisical manner, swinging it gently as he walked. I didn't know he had mine until he came back and asked my name. I confirmed. He went to get my milkshake. When he returned, I got his name. Brandon. I get being tired. I get being sore. I get being exhausted. I work 2 jobs, UPS and Walmart. If anyone would understand, I would. But I try to give outstanding customer service at Walmart dealing with customers even if I'm exhausted and don't wanna work at the moment. Im not trying to judge him and try to give him the benefit of the doubt. Only 1 star for service because it just seemed he didn't care. As a customer service representative, you gotta care. Or try to show it, not promoting pretend care. Try to show you care is my point.

The car at the window held up the drive thru line for over 10 minutes and the store didn’t have the idea to ask them to pull up to the front so rest of us can pay and get our orders. Really clueless employees here.
