We had an absolutely amazing experience thanks to our server, Yoli. She truly went above and beyond and was incredibly kind, warm, and attentive from start to finish. She made sure my family and I were well taken care of the entire time and helped make this one of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had here. The food was more delicious than we’ve ever had before, and Yoli’s recommendations were spot on. Her positive attitude and spectacular service truly made our day. She is such a sweet soul and a true asset to this restaurant. We can’t wait to come back!

Had a verbal row with a table next to us. Race became involved from the affronting party. The manager on duty comped them their drinks and meal but paid no attention to our table. The following day I spoke with Connor, the day manager, and he comped us as well. In my opinion, Connor is what managing is all about! Chili’s, you are fortunate to have him in your employ…

I visited the Chili’s in Santee, and I can honestly say it was one of the best dining experiences I’ve had. My waiter, Taylor, delivered phenomenal service from start to finish. Attentive, friendly, and incredibly professional, Taylor made sure everything was perfect without missing a beat. The level of care and hospitality was truly outstanding. What sets this location apart is the consistency and quality of the service. Even though I live further away, I would gladly drive to this Chili’s any day over any other closer option. The team here goes above and beyond, and it shows. The service is impeccable, the atmosphere is welcoming, and every detail feels intentional. Huge shoutout to Taylor for making a great meal even better. I was seated on Saturday at around 5pm
Got Brian as our server and he was absolutely amazing! We came to try their 3 for me deal and it was WORTH IT. We walked in on a Sunday night right before football started and it was slammed, however we were seated immediately! We did not even realize that the kitchen was behind because of how great the service was - Brian kept checking in on us, offered us some chips and salsa, and was ON TOP of refills. The food itself was great. We all had different variations of the burger and killed it. This location has def earned themselves some repeat customers. Thank you so much Brian and the rest of the santee crew!
