We came in for a special treat but we weren’t served so we left empty handed after waiting about 10 minutes. Really bad customer service 1/10/25 at 245-3pm.

I came here with my pregnant fiancé and it had a sign that said open and they didn’t close for another five minutes. We walk to get her ice cream because she’s craving it and they refused our service unbelievable. On the night of July 28.

Online it says they close at 9:30pm. My husband went to get us some ice cream after he got off of work and at 9:05pm they already had the doors locked and they were cleaning up. If it says a time online they should follow it if not change it.

The only girl working today was extremely rude. She kept asking us to wait because she was the only one in the store. BUT my grandkids and I were the only ones also. No need to be rude. We’d waited for her to put Happy Birthday on a cake . She put it on the wrong cake rolled her eyes and made us wait again! It’s going to be a long unpleasant summer if she stays in the shop. Getting ice cream should be a cheery experience!

Why workers not wearing gloves and they have long nails that touches the ice-cream? Could you explain please? Poor hygiene!

We have come twice in 2 weeks for my Son to get a little ice cream. The 1st time, the service was excellent!! She was friendly! 2nd time was like we interrupted something this employee was doing. 1 word communication... blank stares. 0 personality. 1 bad apple.

Closed 40 minutes early on a Saturday night. Made the drive for no reason. Update your hours to 9:00 if you’re gonna lock your doors and leave after that

Disaster.They put the whole banana into the Ice cream without mixing it. They gave it to me like a sandwich. Worst experience with cold stone locations. Don’t go here.
