In the afternoons there is very young girls here no-personality and no customer service skills. In addition you call ahead of time to reserve or ask to set ask to set aside one cupcake and they don't . Its become a high school Hallway hang out.

Best cupcake I ever ate! Tried the peanut butter cup mini cupcake and it was scrumptious. Perfect size for after dinner. Punched with so much flavor and the cake portion was fluffy and moist! Yummy!

If you are a true vegan that does not eat any animal product be aware: The vegan cupcakes are made with refined sugar/powdered sugar. Some Dyes and sprinkles used are not vegan.

This place is horrible since it changed hands paying five dollars for a cupcake is it almost insane they don’t have the quality they used to. They don’t have as much in stock as they used to really disappointed in this place.

We enjoy coming here on wensdays but when I stopped by today they were closed even though the hours have always been 10 . There was a handful of different groups waiting to order so I called to see what was going on and I was told they open at 11
Not a huge deal but a proper update online and through google would be really helpful as a few girls came from far away and the rest of us waiting lived in santee . it’s a small business in a residential area Would hate to continue this momentum as it seems their opening times vary .

They seem to have cut back ok the amount of icing on the cupcakes. The cake part is still good but they need more icing. They used to have more but seems like they intentionally switched to have less icing and I'm not a fan. Still good enough

The cupcake store is my must visit every time I am in town. I always get a dozen to bring home as they are such a massive hit with all my friends and family. They last well and the taste is mouthwatering. Everyone should go check them out first chance they get!!!

This happened back in late March, 2024. I needed three dozen cupcakes for a baby shower. I ordered one dozen strawberry, one dozen vanilla, and one dozen red velvet. To be honest, all were absolutely delicious! But there was a little surprise in the red velvet cupcakes: raisins. I didn't order anything with raisins, but they were there. Now, personally I don't mind raisins, but other people were picking them out of their cupcakes and leaving them on the plates. Other than that little surprise, they were all great!
The Cupcake Store is amazing! We have used them for several special occassions, including our wedding reception, and they never disappoint. The crew is so helpful and great to work with.We love this place so much. We come in for the Acai bowls just as much as the cupcakes!
