Great drinks, but I strongly recommend quality control on customer service. I’ve been rudely treated here. I asked to tweak my drink 2x because I wasn’t sure the worker heard me and the cashier said, “I already heard you”. When I went back to ask for boba in my drink, I was told, “you didn’t order any”. I asked if it was possible to add it in and said I was willing to pay an extra charge. I was ignored without a response while begrudgingly given a container with boba in it. I respectfully said, “thank you” and received no response. I want to recommend this place to others, but would never want my friends treated like I was here. If management could please train their workers in basic manners and customer service I would gladly return. As a person who works in customer service, I know that I should never give off the impression that I hate my job much less the impression that I have something against a customer. I felt both.I had this experience 03/11/2024 at 1:05 pm.

My daughter and I went to da boba for the first time. I ordered two drinks. One was made incorrectly. I informed the staff. The guy said he didn't make a mistake. I would have to pay for the drink again. I paid a second time for another drink (the correct one) the drink was still made incorrectly. He then offered to remake it a third time for free. By then I was over the whole experience.

Great boba place with a very chill and pleasant atmosphere. There are a ton of options here to choose from that all sound so good. So many that it's almost hard to choose. A little pricey but worth it for the quality and attention to detail. Service was excellent. I highly recommend if you're looking for authentic boba with enough options to customize your drink to exactly your liking.

They’re super slow wether they are busy or not many people are waiting. Boba is great I just wish they’d be more on top of orders. One or two people are standing around while only one employee really works on the drinks.

Nice and cozy place. I tried the oolong and taro teas with bobas, very good. Taro is my favorite. I ll try the yogurt blends and see how they are. They serve it in a fun bear cup, which is actually pretty well designed to hold spills that may happen when inserting the straw.

This place has a great selection of boba with unique flavors. I got the mango frappe which was full of flavor and delish. My friend ordered the roasted brown sugar boba and it was one of the best we've tasted included the popular "lemon" chain. Cute ambience. Only knocking a star off is for the price for the size was higher than your average boba. This place is seriously high-priced boba so it may be a one try and done for us, unfortunately.

Daboba in Santee, CA Daboba has entered the chat I'm clearly late on this since there are several locations open throughout San Diego county (Kearny Mesa, Mira Mesa, Rancho Bernardo and Santee). This is a popular bubble tea franchise that originated from Malaysia. I find this very similar to The Alley and they had a great variety of drinks to try! I recently visited DABOBA in Santee and had an exceptional experience. I tried both the Jasmine milk tea and Oolong milk tea, and both were truly phenomenal. What stood out to me the most was the rich and pronounced tea flavor, a characteristic often lacking in many other boba shops. The boba at DABOBA in Santee was perfectly textured, striking a balance between being neither too tough nor too soft.I must note that this location outshines the DABOBA on Convoy, which I've found to be inconsistent in the past. With its flavorful teas and impeccable boba texture, DABOBA in Santee has now become my favorite boba shop in San Diego. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a consistently delightful boba experience.The convenience of parking adds to the positive experience at DABOBA in Santee. The shop itself boasts a charming atmosphere, making it a delightful place to enjoy your beverages.
