On Oct 2nd I made an order for pick up 40 mins before closing. When I pulled up 20 mins later the door was locked with a sign that said four US to cancel our order until tomorrow. While the to workers were already cleaning and counting the cash for the night. I told my husband to take a picture because if you cancel on DoorDash you don’t get a refund. When speaking with door dash they were refusing to refund me even after showing the picture. It was not until the store cancelled my order about 5 mins before closing that I was offered my refund. I just wish they would have cancelled it instead of putting a note for me to find when I arrived. I wasted my gas driving there and back when it could have been avoided.

I go to the local dairy Queen in Santee and is a very nice. The people are nice the ice cream is always good and I take my kids so often that they recognize them so it's pretty cool.

My door dash order was accepted and said it was being prepared. Only for the dasher to get there and they are closed. Hours say they don’t close till 10:30 I placed my order at 9:48

I am so sad I spent all my money on a large blizzard for my grandmothers birthday and the mix ins are never mixed beyond the very top. I pay so much to get pure vanilla when I ordered cookie dough blizzard. Can someone teach employees how to blend please so grandma can have her treat.

Husband went in an hour before closing, they were already shutting everything down which is fine, but they copped an attitude and than gave us one blizzard that was a completely different one from what we ordered

Great service great staff great ice cream but for some odd reason inside temperature of restaurant is hotter than it should be
I had the turtle pecan cluster blizzard and I also added snickers pieces to it and let me tell you it was so freaking out of this world all types of delicious!!! I recommend that you try this mixture next time that you go.

Visited this past weekend to get Blizzards due to the promotion being advertised, with the family. The cashier said there was not a promotion, then mentioned that maybe it was only on the app, when I stepped away to download the app to save some money, i was told it would not upload for 24 hours. The cashier was not overly friendly and corporate advertising is not clear about the app. There are not many Dairy Queen locations left in San Diego, and this location did not overly Wow me to need to comeback especially with so many Ice Cream options in the area.

Went on the nov 27th and they closed early. If ur gonna close before 8:30 when it says 9. Just change the hours... ridiculous. Handles it is.
