We have been going to Del Taco for many years, but today we had a repeated incident that we have had before. I tried calling them but they did not answer the phone, so I decided that I would write a review since this has been a repeated incident. Today we ordered 2 burritos, 2 fries, 2 small tacos, 2 drinks. I ate the first taco and it tasted good, but the second one tasted like the taco shell was old and stale. I'm still disgusted and It left a bad taste in my mouth. As expensive as fast food is now one would expect better food and better service.

I ordered on their app to take advantage of an app only deal, I paid and drove there, then when I got there they claimed to not to know about my order. I showed them the app receipt and the manager agreed it was for their location, it was in their app, but they didn't know about my food. I simply cancelled my order in the app then left. Will not go again.

BEWARE The store Manager MELISSA she is very rude lady will forget your order and give you attitude when asking for your order correctly no napkins and hot sauces.Plus she won't give you receipt (and yell at you if you ask for it) she definitely seems like the type of person to bring her problems from home to work.... She has done this to me three times already and I've given her the benefit of the doubt the other times but now she needs to get called out and corporate needs to pay a little visit to her and RE-TRAIN her on everything. Seems like she's been there a long time but is always miserable and short tempered. Out of line.

Service was absolutely horrible. Not the first time I order in the drive through and the lady taking order is extremely rude and cuts you off. Doesn't allow you to order and rushes you. When told that time is is still needed she yells and when the order is paid and you are the window ,.she gives attitude again and is very unprofessional. Don't like that service when I am alone and worst when children are hungry and in the car. I don't know her name but not the first time this has occurred with same.person. there was a gentleman a while back that had amazing customer service however. Also fries were so soft and not quite edible.

Grabbed a quick bite, and was really impressed by the staff at the drive thru. Nice, professional and courteous.

One of the worst Stores I’ve ordered from. Consistently screwed up orders. Some food items not carefully placed in bags and food spilling out of containers, ask for sauce and can never seem to get any atleast 4 orders in a row. No utensils or napkins even when asked. Anytime I’ve been through to drive through some employees act like they don’t even want to be there. Will NEVER return to this location.
