Mariah is such a joy! She's a great personality and she's fun and isn't a good mood when I come in. Can honestly say, it's great to see people trying to make other people's day better and just enjoying their day and providing great customer service. I really like this Del Taco. We went before our wedding because my husband loves Del Taco. It was our first time at this one. They got all of our modifications right, service was fast, and the staff was friendly. Would love to come again. My friend from out of state has never eaten Del Taco and she really liked it.

They have been good every time we’ve gone and I always at least consider the place whenever im thinking about a nice place to go for fast food when I don’t feel like cooking. Very good place and the servers are nice, 5 stars for me.Vegetarian options: A few vegetarian options such as their fresh guacamole and their crinkle cut fries.Parking: There are a lot of places to park here and it’s easy to walk in because of it. I'm always astonished when I go into a fast food restaurant and they are understaffed but somehow the people there are still friendly and quick on their feet. This Del Taco has the best crew and I will be returning.
Ever since they recently changed hands, the food SUCKS! The flour tortillas are dry with hard edges. That is a sign of trying to be quicker grabbing a tortilla to reduce production time. Frys way over cooked.

Just did drive thru for the Carne asada fries, and I got these two days ago too. They were perfect two days ago, but today they were cold! Like they had been sitting there for an hour before we got them. I can't understand such inconsistencies. The cheese wasn't melted, the meat was Luke warm. I get it's fast food, but if your bitching about not making enough money and your expecting a raise, do your damn job! I just paid $11 for cold food! SMH! I didn't go back because I drove all the way home. However, I'm not surprised this one's c*** anyway. The one on Magnolia in Santee is the best!!

I used to love DelTaco.Something was really wrong today as soon as the tortilla touch my tongue it was like eating the gross jelly beans I had to spit it out my son barfed his up too.
They were so patient with me as I ordered in the drive through and answered my questions and food customizations with kindness. I really appreciated my experience at Del Taco Santee. The food was delicious and I received everything I ordered very quickly! The food quality was great and the customer service was even better! I will be back!

this place has really just tanked. used to be the best DT around.now the employees(especially in the drive thru) are rude and seriously off-putting.the food is now mediocre.....on a good day.sad. ??

I went there a few days ago, payed with debit. The transaction cleared instantly. I ate the food (it was meh but not worth complaining about) and threw away the receipt. 3 days later, they charged me a second time for my order. I went in and talked to a shift manager, who told me that their registers "do that sometimes" and that they can't do anything without their store manager approval, and that they don't know when the store manager would be in. This food is not worth being charged twice for. DONT GO HERE. It's not worth it.
