We stopped by today because kids eat free on Tuesdays. There were a lot of families with kids, and I understand they were busy.

But we ended up leaving after waiting nearly 30 min without anyone serving us.

It started with one of the servers letting us know it was going to be 10 min for a table. After a few minutes she told us to pick any table.

We waited another 10 min before someone took our drinks. We just wanted water. We waited a long time before anyone even got close to us, and had to call the same server from the front door. We asked for the 6-8-10 menu, and they gave us a little attitude about it. She seemed a little frustrated and told us we can't order from the 6-8-10 menu and get the kids eat free. That's fine my 2 oldest weren't going to order from the kids menu.

We waited and waited. Another person brought us our waters and asked if they took our order. We let her know, no one had taken our order.

We decided to wait another 5 min before getting up and leaving. We told the nice lady that no one ever took our orders. The other ladies working didn't seem like they cared much.

I had the worst experience here. I should have known it wasn't going to be good when I walked in and the 2 people behind me were seated first. The hostess thought that I was with the 2 people that were paying in front of me. After I was seated, without a menu or utensils, I waited 10 minutes and 48 seconds (I started watching a YouTube video after I was seated so I went off the time of the video) for the waitress to even notice me. She took my order, still not noticing that I didn't have utensils. I waited another 10 minutes for the food. The Denver omelette I ordered was really good (I also ordered a hot coffee), which makes this entire experience upsetting. The service was so bad. The waitress I had didn't check up on me, I don't even know what her name was. I had to flag down another waitress to ask for my check. My waitress came with the check and I asked for a box for my toast. I waited FIVE minutes for a box and ended up just grabbing the toast in one hand with my receipt in the other to go pay. The gentleman that was going to cash me out noticed I was just holding toast and gave me a box. I had a 20% off coupon I wanted to use from my Denny's app, so I showed the gentleman the barcode from my app at the register. He tried to scan it with his scan gun a couple times before telling me that his scan gun doesn't really work. He asked for my phone number to look up my account, so I gave it. I told him I wanted to use my 20% off coupon and he ended up redeeming my Booth reward for the coffee I had. The incompetence is astonishing here. This is the closest Denny's to me and I will not be going back.

I love the food here, i work and get a 30 min lunch which i spent picking up my berry slam with hashbrowns for $29. Quite expensive but i thought worth it. When i get there its sort of busy but this lady seemed to take her sweet time handing me my order that was just in front of me on the diner bar. I get to work and i am missing the hashbrowns. By this time my lunch is spent but i went back anyway to pick up the rest of my food, i get there and the same lady says sorry and offers me a drink. I said okay thanks can i have an iced tea with lemon. She says ok and when she hands it to me i ask if there is lemon in it juustt in case she didn't hear me. She says yes there is! I walk out and check and there was no lemon ?. So i had to go in the store 3 different times with my lunch wasted and my food COLD by this time. I walk in ask for the lemon that she didnt add in when i confirmed and she put it in a little container and i ask her to just please add it to my cup i dont want more stuff to carry. Dont know what was going on today if staff was overwhelmed but this lady was just not with it and wasted my time and spoiled my lunch.
