The worst!! We only picked the place because of the reviews, clearly someone is lying. Walked in, it is a small dennys compared to others, was told sit wherever, not many people in resturant, waited forever to get someone to take our beverage order, waited even longer, they took food orders from others that just walked in. I wanted to leave! drinks arrive, she tries to give us someone else's drinks, we order food, takes forever, finally got food, shortly after server shows up to tell us she's not serving us any more, someone else will be around, that when I realized she meant NO ONE will be serving us!!! No refill on soda, nothing. Food was not good. Finally got up to pay and leave and both severs are hanging out at the opposite end of the counter top seating area. My husband paid, you should be glad cause you did not deserve a tip!!!! Save yourself the trouble DO NOT bother going here!

With the thought of so many restaurants closing their doors, I wanted to give a good review to my experiences here. I've been coming to Denny's in Santee at least once a month for many years. I return because of my positive experiences, I've never received any bad food, so kudos to the cook and usually I'm greeted by the same waiter, Francisco Guzman, who is always friendly and making sure my dining experience is a pleasurable one. I think that's why I return, he makes me feel like family. I've never had any issues with the employees. Thank you Dennys management for staffing all these wonderful employees who provide such a good experience for me and my friends.

I dont care for burnt french toast. Or getting toast not toasted.. Our server made me feel so rushed.. usually every other Dennys asks how things were or how we doing, no one really cares here.. every one was very cold and unapproachable.

came in for breakfast at Denny’s and was blown away by how good the food was. Everything was cooked perfectly hot, fresh, and full of flavor. I want to give a huge shoutout to the cook, Sergio, for absolutely nailing it. You can tell when someone takes pride in their work, and Sergio definitely does. Thank you for starting my day off with such a great meal. I’ll definitely be coming back! I almost forgot Heather was amazing as well so thank you for today!
