Disappointing Experience with Contaminated MeatI ordered from Domino’s last night, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The issue arose when I discovered that the food I received was contaminated with meat. As someone who values food safety and cleanliness, this was deeply concerning.

This place is only to pick up or requeste deliver pizzas. You can't eat inside. Test from the pizzas is good and you can see how is made it.Parking: The have just some parking spots.

Guy who was in charge did not let me place an order...said I was better off using my phone...I 'm not a tech-ee, so I tried for a few minutes and left....I went across the street to Roundtable Pizza....terrible customer service...will not go back...Parking: Asphalt is broken and pot holes...horrible driving...

My credit card was compromised at this location, and a day later a fraudulent charge was made at their Hemet store, for $126.I couldn't get anyone at the Santee store to address the situation, and when I called the corporate office, there wasn't anyone that would talk with me...Watch out for this store....Never will I ever buy pizza from this store!

Great customer service. My online order had a mistake with my cheese on my pizza's. So I phoned and talked with one of the staff members who was very helpful, kind and courteous. She fixed my problem, and everything is going to be great with my pizza's. I recommend Domino's. Thank you

WORST DOMINOS EXPERIENCE WE'VE EVER HAD Now we don't normally order Domino's with any real expectations but this was by far the worst experience as far as food quality and service. We had ordered almost $80 worth of food and when it arrived at our house everything we had ordered was perfect except the extra large brooklyn style all meat pizza we had gotten. It looked like the 2nd picture, somehow over cooked cheese and undercooked meat all in one disgustingly sad looking, un-cut, pizza. So after calling once and telling staff what our issue was we were put on hold and hung up on. Called three more times and they had clearly started ignoring our calls altogether! This could've been resolved very easily by offering to remake it and refund our delivery fee or tip but instead we had to drive to the location who made it, wait in the cold while a new one was made, and i am still out my tip and delivery fee. Thanks for wasting an hour and a half of our time. If i ever order from Domino's again, i will be ordering pick up and leaving a tip based on quality of food and service afterwards.

I ordered two different types of pizzas and both were bland and didn't really taste that great. Not sure if inflation has something to do with poor quality or trying to save money? Searching their website. I got 50% off my order for ordering online yet if I called in it was full price. There's no way I would pay $20 for a large pizza at that quality. Online process is easy. When I went to pick up the pizza everything went smooth. When calling in the person didn't know about the online special and couldn't match the online price?

Ordered my food online through the app. Sat in quality control for over 30 minutes. Not impressed. Terrible service hire more employees... cancelled order.Terrible experience. I'm starving and now I have to go pick up some dang hot and ready's...

Ordered 3 pizzas. Did carry out & we ate it because we were already home & super hungry but it was a waste of money & time. They hardly had any cheese. I could see the dough & sauce. Wasn't even good. Won't be coming back to dominos. It's not worth it anymore.

Placed an order online at 10, it’s says store closes at 12 online, and went in at 10:15 and was told they’re closed. Bad management that doesn’t know how to change there times on the website or app and allows people to pay.

Pizza was burned, dry and unedible. called them back. They sent a second one that was a little better. Threw the first one a way as they didn't want it back. First and last time to do business with Domino's.

I'm not really sure why others have had a bad experience with this location. We've been getting our pizzas delivered here for years now and we've only ever had one issue, which was a fault of the recipe, not the restaurant. The delivery drivers are not only super nice, but consistent. The turnover rate isn't insanely high, so it's nice to see the same people every few weeks. And they get here SO FAST. Like... 30-35 minutes, which I honestly don't understand sometimes. To the people who have had issues--my only thoughts are that (1) you had a one off bad experience and/or (2) you must have been really nasty to them because these folks are really cool and they've always done right by us. It's one of the reasons we always keep ordering from them. Stay cool, my Dominos friends.

Worst pizza I've had in a long time! This dominoes used to be good but it is not any longer- cost me $36 for a large pizza. I paid for extra cheese and there was basically no cheese on it. It was cold and not well done as ordered. Manager Crystal did not care in the least. Save your money!
