Best breakfast bagels ever!!! My family and I would love one closer to home which is in la mesa El cajon areas ! This place never fails. Best customer service and always clean . I would recommend more seating though but other than that . Phenomenal š

All the girls there were very nice and accommodating, but the older guy there was just flat out discriminating against me. I went to this place for breakfast and asked if they had any dairy-free options. For reference, I have long hair and so I look like Iām trans. The old, short dude with white hair instantly snapped at me and said āNo!ā He didn't even try to find anything or ask anyone if there were dairy-free options. So i had to step out of line and ChatGPT if there were dairy-free options. Turns out like half the menu of bagels is dairy-free and they even have vegan options. So then I had to go back in the line and an older lady took my order and the employees changed their gloves and tried to avoid allergens for me. Then the dude wouldnāt even make eye contact with me the entire rest of the time I was in the store because he knew what he did was wrong and just didnāt care. Thatās not how you treat people, whether theyāre white, black, brown, gay, straight, or even trans. Everyone should be treated the same. Iām going to make sure I never spend my money at this business ever again.

I purchase from this place the same thing over and over (All-Nighter Egg Sandwich), however, I am very disappointment that for the past weeks they keep burning the food and also missing the spread that the Sandwich suppose to come with. Also, I always order online (app) with plenty time in advance and when arrived to pick up the order, most likely Iāll stand there for a while to get the order.

Placed an online order and was told it would be ready in 15ā20 minutes. I showed up around the 15-minute mark to check on it, and they said they were still working on it. I waited nearby, and a few minutes later noticed they were working on newer orders. When I asked again, the manager asked for my name, said she couldnāt find the order, and wondered if it was under a different name. I said no, they had just told me it was being made. Then an employee overheard, walked over, and grabbed my order from the pickup shelf and handed it to me. Why couldn't they just hand me my order when it was ready? There was zero communication and no coordination between staff.
To top it off, they got the order wrong. There were 7 employees plus a manager there, and they still couldnāt get a simple order right when it wasnāt even busy. Canāt imagine what itās like when it is. Definitely not coming back.

We go here all the time for bagels to have throughout the week. With the rewards app gets you points and some free bagels, which is nice. Using the online order app you can usually get free coffee as well. The bagels are affordable and excellent quality, but I miss the challah rolls!
I Couldnāt do no Stars!! SANTEE ALWAYS FAILS!! I visited many times . Half smeared bagels !! This is why La Mesa and Rosecrans has the best reviews !! Santee needs to change management .
