I came in for lunch today and to start off the cashier was such a nice lady! Even though I don’t go to this location like once a month the cashier was so nice and she acted like I was a regular customer. She took her time to ask me how have I been doing since the last time I was there. It made me feel so welcomed. I bought myself my fresh chicken salad and it was so good! Like always it was so fresh and yummy! I appreciate the staff and the prices!

I ordered and paid $1 extra for the spicy garlic parm saucy nuggets. Yet I hardly got any sauce, and the container they placed the nuggets in was not appropriate enough for the "so-called" extra sauce to drench the nuggets. VERY DISAPPOINTED. ??????

I ordered my usual Queso Burrito but forgot to update my location...I usually order from a location by work in Carlsbad 45 minutes away, not Santee. I realized my mistake but had no way to cancel. I went inside, told them I ordered from the wrong location and showed them the order on my phone in the app. The manager Ruben called the Carlsbad location and told them not to make the burrito, that he would fulfill the order from his location in Santee. I didn't even have to cancel and reorder, he just took care of it. Awesome customer service! And the burrito was delicious as usual.
