Your response is silly. Our corporate menu has Chocolate Chip. Our Santee menu doesn't have Chocolate Chip so we should get 5 stars because our Santee menu is correct. Really?

Busy but the service is fast.

This is the best, most delicious, real creamy ice cream! They have so many flavors. I love butter pecan, peppermint stick and peppermint bark (both seasonal), mud pie, mint chocolate chip and more. It’s hard to go anywhere else but Handel’s.

I am an Uber driver and am here to explain what the owner of handles Santee is doing! AFTER accepting a delivery for this business, us drivers are then notified we must purchase an $8 cold bag from HANDLES SANTEE in order to deliver THEIR PRODUCT TO THEIR CUSTOMER. As a driver we don't even make $8 on delivering their product so in turn requires us to cancel the order. If a driver gets 3 cancellations we are UNABLE to work for UBER anymore. Im a single mother of 3 children trying to make some extra money to give my children the best Christmas while this "FAMILY OWNED" business is trying to penny pinch every way possible even down to the DRIVERS helping deliver THEIR PRODUCT. Charging people who make minimum wage, that are helping your business $8 for something you pay $0.50 for wholesale is such a wrong thing to do. Shame on you . This is your business and your product your ALREADY profiting off of. You should take the steps to purchase your own throw away cold bags for YOUR CUSTOMERS TO GO ORDERS. Instead you choose to upcharge 1000% profit to a person who is barley trying to get by doing extra side work for your own personal gains and profits!!!! SHAME ON YOU! you have affected me and my family forcing my perfect 0% cancellation rate of my job to now be impacted with a cancellation. HAVE A MERRY CHRISTMAS!

Terrible service. The smallest bite size scoops, owner of Santee location is clearly ripping every one off with literally one bite scoops. Don't ever go to Santee location they are ruining the Handel's name and experience. Such a scam

Handel’s in Santee is a gem! They offer an impressive variety of flavors, and everything tastes so fresh and rich. I tried their extra large s’mores malted milkshake—absolutely delicious. The portions are generous, and the staff is friendly and patient even when it gets busy. The outdoor seating area is great for enjoying your ice cream on a nice day.
