I go here often, I work nights down the street and like to grab a shake for lunch. But the problem here is this one Hispanic lady always says they are taking cash only. I'm not even joking, every time she's working and I hear her voice I already know she's gonna say cash only. Tonight I came prepared with cash and asked for an oreo shake. She said they only had vanilla so I said ok. When I pulled up to the window I could clearly see the container with oreo crumbs half full. She rolled her eyes at me and began talking trash about me in spanish to her friend in the back, she can’t even make a shake without throwing a fit.

Old reheated fries and spoiled half & half creamer. Everything else was ok. I'm just dissapointed that I paid full price for old food that isn't edible.

Sometimes when I get food here, the food tastes like plastic and chemicals. It reminds me of the smell of the grill cleaner used when I used to work fast food. I don't think they rinse their grill well enough here after using it ir something It's happened like 6 times and its always random. It makes the food completely inedible and i can only imagine what horrible chemicals are going into my body when I try

The people that work here are rude The managers should take note on how inappropriate and tacky their nighttime employees are. I would rather drive out of my way 5 to 10 miles for better service.

lol they won’t take your order anymore you have to do the kiosk. They obviously don’t know how to read the orders, they don’t know the difference between easy, extra and none for sauces. What the hell is the point of even offering options if they are only gonna give you what they want. I put down chicken sandwich light mayo and got no mayo. Two tacos with extra sauce or x2 sauce and got light sauce. I mean it’s whatever but at least train employees on how to read the orders. At least im eating here and I can just ask for more sauce but what if I ordered online or to go then I’m screwed

This is by far the best Jack in the box I’ve been to in all of San Diego, fast service and always fresh and reliable. We have 3 locations closer to us but we still make the drive to this location because it’s worth it! Keep up the awesome service and great food!
