Hungry in the evening one visit... also picked up breakfast another visit. Yipee! Always good and fills my tummy and not too much out of my wallet☺️. Very friendly service and I appreciate the suggestions based on the employees favorites... those recommendations have so far have been right on 100% of the time.

I stopped by the drive thru on 10/18/25 around midnight, and I just have to say, the people working were awesome. The lady in the back was killing it, and the guy at the window was super friendly to me and my husband. Honestly, they’ve got the best customer service! I always come by around this time, and it’s always just the two of them. They work so well together and still get everything done super fast. For them just being them my them self's was amazing experience every time!

This place was not good at all the food was cold and just gross. They called my number and I went there and no one came to give me my food I ordered. I stood there for a long time until someone came. They called my number for my food but gave me no food until I said something. That’s not how their job works. I am not happy and I wasted my money.

This Jack in the Box was very nice. The service was excellent and the guy who helped us was polite and helpful. The food was fresh and the portion was more than enough. The only problem? $35 dollars worth of take out and no napkins!!! Bummer on a road trip.

I just recently moved from santee from san bernardino, the food is well fast food its usually consistent . Where im a little frustrated is the service. Im usually not one to write reviews but this is the 4th time I ask for my ice coffee with light ice and they always fill it up with ice. I barley get any coffee just ice. Why kinda sucks because I am paying for the coffee , plus they didnt give me a straw which sucks.

2/12/25 3:30 what ever cook AND person taking the order was working with Guillermo needs to be fired. The cook giggled after being let known that my order was wrong AFTER YELLING thru the speaker with an attitude repeating my order bc he got it incorrect the first time then when I had to go back the cook laughed and mocked my mother when the so called “leader” wtv u wanna call him he’s not much of a leader or manager told the cook to apologize he refused your staff never fails to be rude I’ve worked fast food but the service HERE in Santee is ass and u need to be better I’ve lived near by for the last 10 years and your staff has been rude and unprofessional multiple times and this was the last straw hr is being called next
Unfortunately, this location requires dine-in customers to use a touch pad at the register. They turned away customers who didn't know how to use it. They absolutely refused to help an older gentleman, so he left.
It seemed pretty stupid not to just use the drive-through register where they were obviously entering the orders for their drive-through customers.
