The cook giggled after being let known that my order was wrong AFTER YELLING thru the speaker with an attitude repeating my order bc he got it incorrect the first time then when I had to go back the cook laughed and mocked my mother when the so called “leader” wtv u wanna call him he’s not much of a leader or manager told the cook to apologize he refused your staff never fails to be rude I’ve worked fast food but the service HERE in Santee is ass and u need to be better I’ve lived near by for the last 10 years and your staff has been rude and unprofessional multiple times and this was the last straw hr is being called next

Unfortunately, this location requires dine-in customers to use a touch pad at the register. They turned away customers who didn't know how to use it. They absolutely refused to help an older gentleman, so he left.
It seemed pretty stupid not to just use the drive-through register where they were obviously entering the orders for their drive-through customers.

Bad attention when ordering food The attention when you arrive without knowing what awaits you. It was ordering when the person in charge at that moment spoke at the counter. where you have to put no cheese or look at the menu

Food is expected quality for this place tho I always check here at this location before leaving they have a habit of making things incorrectly or for example sour dough jack is almost always over toasted / on the burnt side. Employees for most part are helpful and make it right when needed. Most Employees are friendly. If here when the HS let's out it's chaotic loud and obnoxious with students after school often being disrespectful to other customers and to the employees making messes yelling and messing around inside the dining area often taking up all the seating and leaving there trash laying around.
Parking: Plenty of parking inside a mini strip mall with other shops like Smart and Final Round Table Dell Taco Subway Starbucks Pink Doughnuts and a Yogurt Ice cream Shop Jack in the box is between a small fitness center and Round Table Pizza located infront of a Smart in Final Grocery store the parking lot usually always has plenty of Parking tho at times the drive thru can be very long.

Friendly staff but unfortunately the dining area was filthy
I usually place my orders online. The staff is always very friendly during pick up. I've been ordering my burgers low carb/lettuce wraps. The manager made sure my order was correct when I came to pick it up with out me even asking. I appreciate the customer service.
