I just recently moved from santee from san bernardino, the food is well fast food its usually consistent . Where im a little frustrated is the service. Im usually not one to write reviews but this is the 4th time I ask for my ice coffee with light ice and they always fill it up with ice. I barley get any coffee just ice. Why kinda sucks because I am paying for the coffee , plus they didnt give me a straw which sucks.
Food is expected quality for this place tho I always check here at this location before leaving they have a habit of making things incorrectly or for example sour dough jack is almost always over toasted / on the burnt side. Employees for most part are helpful and make it right when needed. Most Employees are friendly. If here when the HS let's out it's chaotic loud and obnoxious with students after school often being disrespectful to other customers and to the employees...
I usually place my orders online. The staff is always very friendly during pick up. I've been ordering my burgers low carb/lettuce wraps. The manager made sure my order was correct when I came to pick it up with out me even asking. I appreciate the customer service.
