Went to Jack in the Box around 4:00am. Wanted breakfast before starting a early morning shift. Got in line at the drive thru and there was one car waiting to give their order. By then end of 10min of waiting 4 cars including myself were waiting to give our order. The first car gave up and pulled away, as well as the car behind me. I pulled up to the speaker and waited a few more minutes. Nobody spoke through the speaker. I said "Hello" and no response. After another minute, I gave up and left for another Jack in the Box that was on my way to work. Leaving the fourth car at the speaker. I would not suggest going to this Jack in the Box late at night. And if the person was on a break, their should of been a way to communicate that to everyone that was waiting in line

Living in Santee all my life been coming to this Jack-in-the-Box forever ever since it seems like a few months ago the manager that’s currently managing is really really rude. Throws the food out the window doesn’t allow you to speak or anything and also RAFA the guy who runs the drive-through is very rude, yell through the drive-through, doesn’t let you say anything and gets mad when you make him repeat things Very, very, very poor customer service will be going to another location from now on!!!!

I have been addicted to Jack in the Boxe’s Double Ultimate Bacon Blast Burger. They are so good! The Cluck is fire also. The food is always warm when I get home and fresh. I ordered on the app and saved some chedda. I will be back for sure. Very friendly and helpful staff. They don’t get stingy with the sauce. No sauces and no business. Sauces are half the meal for me. Their buttermilk and Taco Sauce are Lit.

Of the few JBX's I go to, these guys are consistent with getting the orders correct and actually making the food present well -not just slapping it together and wrapping it up. It's in a super convenient spot to get in and out and has good parking with easy access inside.
Always giving wrong food items on drive through. I ordered sweet vanilla iced coffee, gave me moccha iced coffee. Even if hot sause is requested over the pay window, they will say "sure" but as you check the bag there's no.hot sauce or catsup in the bag despite it was mentioned clear. They do not apologize for the inconvenience, all I needed is they apologize for the inconvenience and their lack of attentiveness to taking orders from drive through. I had to explain myself that all I need is for them to be aware of poor customer service! Yet the attitude of the guy is unapologetic.

Terrible racist service. Made fun of my girlfriends dad accent for 0 reason then when they drove around they ran to the back. It was a white guy in goat tee and red dragon tattoo on his left forearm and brown guy wearing head band with black curly hair. Laughing and making fun of my girlfriend’s dad’s accent.
