So, I’ll be honest, I never go to Jack In The Box, but my senior mom loves the egg rolls, onion rings and French fries. So I’ve taken her twice to the one on Mission Gorge road in Santee, CA . Both times the kid that is running the register is the friendliest guy I’ve ever had the pleasure to come across at a fast food drive through. I don’t even know his name, but he worked today. We drove through around 2:00. I’m not going to lie, I want my husband to offer him a job. 🥰You are lucky to have him!!
Drive through was fast, accurate and easily accessible. Worker polite and friendly. Food was tasty! No complaints!

I drove off without me debit card yesterday in the drive thru and I was impressed with their professionalism when I called and asked if they had my card. They would not release any information about what they had until I confirmed my information with them and I appreciated that. If you can trust them to do the right thing then you can trust them to make your food.
Went to Jack in the Box around 4:00am. Wanted breakfast before starting a early morning shift. Got in line at the drive thru and there was one car waiting to give their order. By then end of 10min of waiting 4 cars including myself were waiting to give our order. The first car gave up and pulled away, as well as the car behind me. I pulled up to the speaker and waited a few more minutes. Nobody spoke through the speaker. I said "Hello" and no response. After another minute, I gave up and left for another Jack in the Box that was on my way to work. Leaving the fourth car at the speaker. I would not suggest going to this Jack in the Box late at night. And if the person was on a break, their should of been a way to communicate that to everyone that was waiting in line
