Guy working the register on July 5th was the absolute worst. Extremely rude and made me avoid this location. Bummer because I live nearby.

I was at the Santee, CA location Sunday 6/29 2:15pm and ordered 2 large smoothies and 1 medium. Both large smoothies were short approx 2-3 ounces, I paid for a large not a medium. I complained and the gal took cup back to make more. While making the additional portion, she made a rude face and the 2nd gal filled up my cup. I thought she was going to give me the extra as an apology for the initial shortage but nope. She gave back my large cup and I said thank you with no response from either of them. Neither gals apologized for their shortage just a smirk face.

Went in for breakfast and beyond disappointed. Asked for a white gummi and it was near flavorless. Same goes for the oat bowl, cold and no honey. It was honestly disgusting. Went back in to see if they can replace it and just told us we would get a refund. Didn’t show us anything about the refund, didn’t even care. And the sandwich was barely warm. 15 bucks and tip for a terrible breakfast.

The food is good and always tastes fresh, but the service is not it... The employees took time chatting with their friends in the store rather than work on orders. 15 minutes for a bowl with no other customers in the store isn't great.

My small smoothie was put in a Coca Cola cup and customer service was nonexistent. Just a bunch of teens gossiping in the back. Not paying attention to the front, had to speak up to be heard over their personal conversation and get my order taken. No thank yous, no well wishes, not even a smile. Just side glances when I said thank you. Now that these kids are getting paid adult money, they need to learn some basic manners.

They didnt have bananas. I didn't even eat the acai bowl because it was sour as hell. Doors to the entrance were dirty and it looked desolate. I would not recommend this particular location!!! I threw it away.

Why does it say 9pm closing on door & online? I drove all the way over here and doors are locked at 7:40pm there is someone inside ,but they dont answer the phone.

A great spot for some smoothie's. Especially during a hot summer day. The spot is small but enough for a to go drink. In and out within minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful throughout the ordering process. Check it out.
