Unusual Jersey M location in the fact that they have an individual there who puts 1 piece of bacon on subs. Female employee said it’s company policy. I ordered a ham and cheese with bacon and paid the upsell charge for the bacon and got 1 piece, LOL. Do better

Jerseys Mike's is always great, but the staff here is the best. I was waiting outside with my dog for my wife to finish her Optometry appointment, and it was warm outside and without any prompting the staff brought out some water and a little chunk of roast beef for the dog, which was pretty awesome. Thanks guys!

Bread had mold on it. Ordered it mikes way and they did not add any oils or salt/peppers.

Jersey Mike's has some pretty great subs! From their Original Italian to their secret menu #99 Cheese Steak (So Good!) they care enough about their customers to give you a delicious sub every time. They have a very tasty pepper relish you can add to your sub too, which gives it a great Zing! Shout out to Sawyer and Gardner who are Managers there! They are always super friendly. Go here, you will not be disappointed!

I will only go to Jersey Mike’s for sandwiches. The staff are very kind and hard workers. They make a sandwich that is fresh.
The Santee location Is fantastic but I also
Like the Carlsbad location because that’s where I’m from. They are both the same A+
They aren’t in expensive But very fair in comparison to other shops. They are also consistent.

We go there when I feel like a sandwich or cheese steak. The Food and Service is always great. I like the big Kahuna. Today my friend accidentally dropped his sandwich. I went to order another one and they said they would make him a new one with no charge. I was happy to pay as it was our fault but they insisted. Much better than other sandwich shops!!

I signed up for Jersey Mike's before my birthday, so I could get the free drink and sandwich...went in to get it and they turned me away. After talking to the company, it turns out that it was for the Canadian Jersey Mike's and didn't apply to the US. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED, THEY TURNED ME DOWN ON MY BIRTHDAY!!! OF ALL TIMES!!! WHAT WAS I SUPPOSED TO GO TO CANADA FROM San Diego just to get my sandwich!?!?
I've gone there 3 times...and the first two they ran out of wheat bread and then the second time they were out of turkey!! So for another bad experience, I will NOT be eating there any longer!!! 😡😡😡

Last night as I was ordering my sandwich the lady put my meat on another sandwich then transferred it to mine right in front of me. I didn’t say anything because luckily I don’t have any allergies, but I did find it alarming. Also the music was so loud in there that I couldn’t hear a word she was saying. Then when I got home the sandwich had a weird taste. I am a regular at Jersey Mike’s other locations so I know how it was supposed to taste. I think it was one of the veggies that tasted off. I just kept thinking if this is what they are cool with doing right in front of me what kind of stuff do they do in the back while cutting vegetables or how old do they let the veggies get.

Jersey Mike's has it down! For a chain restaurant it does a good job of being consistent. Food is pretty good and service is good too. The place is clean and well lit.
