The worst service! I've been grabbing my morning coffee for a week now, I live nearby, so it was convenient. But the service just did not improve, so I quit, lol. No "good morning " or "welcome " when you enter, super quick when ordering, sometimes missing details or name. And then today was the peak of it when nobody called my name or even the coffee name when it was ready, and I was sitting in the corner waiting for it. When I came up to ask where is my coffee, I saw it sitting on the counter, warm, not hot anymore. I said should I assume that was my coffee since there wasn't a name on it, the barista said is it lattee, then probably yes. ?‍♀️ wth? Oh, and also they never say "have a good day" or anything when you're leaving, several times I sais "thanks and have a good one" ans sid not hear back! What kind of place is this? ? $5/12oz coffee should at least come with a smile and basic manners. Do they even have a manager? I doubt that. Btw, coffee is ok, food is terrible.

Worst service ever I waited 20 min for 2 kids hot chocolates my drink was made wrong and instead if remaking it they just added a shot no apologies no empathy I've never felt so under appreciated at a establishment where I paid 30 dollars and a huge tip for 3 drinks 2 muffins they completely forgot the kids hot chocolates and saw me standing there the 20 minutes drink after drink was served no one asked me if I needed something or was waiting for something I had to ask if the kids hot chocolates were coming and all that was said was oh yeah I can get that RIDICULOUS

Overpriced for the quality of the coffee, which is mid at best. The breakfast sandwich was especially disappointing. Their system of calling out orders is confusing when its busy as they only say the name of the item and not the person, so people can get confused easily if multiple have ordered the same thing. The seating and atmosphere is nice at least.

Love coming here, the drinks are so good the gluten free banana muffins are even better. Here is my only complaint, it gets confusing when receiving the order. They don’t use names all the time to call out orders that are ready, and they aren’t very loud so you can’t really hear them. I came here today and someone took my sandwich (on accident hopefully) so the workers were nice about it and made me another one. But It’s inconvenient and a hindrance, I would great appreciate a better system on this. Even just a label on drinks and food so we know what they are, thanks for your consideration.

I love Kaffe Meister and frequent it on the regular! The staff is kind and friendly, and their coffee is delicious! Katie and Katy are both talented baristas that created a drink called a "turtle" and I highly recommend it! I'm hoping to see it on the menu soon?
