Came the evening of 12/03/25 and was instantly given attitude while placing order respectfully. Lady at the window was super rude cutting us off as we asked a simple question. Received 2 hot sauce packets for the amount of food we ordered. Both famous bowls were basically mashed potatoes with literally 3 pieces of chicken. Subpar food and horrible service. Take your money elsewhere where workers actually enjoy their lives.

Needs desperate improvement. Customer service was horrible to say the least… I felt bad even recommending getting KFC for dinner after my experience, let alone choosing this specific location in Santee. The cashier seemed very annoyed and bothered by my order, which wasn’t a lot. Just some basic requests to change out some of the food items included in my chosen combo meal. I asked a simple question about changing out one of the side dishes; I was cut off mid sentence and was completely ignored as if I never asked my question. My partner felt bad for the cashier, since they were older, but to me, they were very much passive aggressive with us. They had our whole combo meal done in less than a minute and it was all sorts of messed up. Me and my partner were thinking of eating on site, but quickly changed our minds after completely being ignored when we weren’t given plates, napkins, forks, or even our requested sauces. They just looked at us in annoyance when we came back to try and ask for those items and ignored us even when their was no customers in line or making an order… I had a strong feeling they’d just blow up on us if we asked for even one of those things, so we just left. But, I thank them for our “customer experience” though, I’ll know NEVER to come or support this location ever again!

A wonderful atmosphere along with great hospitality. One of the cleanest KFC's i have eaten at. All worth the visit.i truly enjoyed the classic chicken sandwich with Mac and cheese and fountain Dr. Pepper.

For some reason this is what my son always wants when we have take out dinner. While it’s not my favorite place in the world I will give credit to the staff they are always friendly and welcoming. The food isn’t that bad either. The interior of the restaurant could use some love but I have never been grossed out by the cleanliness of the place. As long as they continue to give me great service and my son want their chicken nuggets I’ll keep coming back

I have always gotten military discount at this location. 8 Feb @6:20 I am told no discount and a 16 minute wait for a pot pie. No offer to honor past discount then or for an excessive wait for a pot pie. I will patronize the Fletcher Parkway KFC from here out.

KFC was a bit disappointing. The chicken lacked flavor, and I was surprised they didn't have spicy options. Service was okay :/
I had a craving for good chicken but since there were no churches or Popeyes nearby I , against my better judgement went into this loc. Knowing the decline of the Harland Sanders traditional quality of yesteryear I ordered two PCs original and tenders. Yuck! About barfed.grease sponge rubbery tenders so greasy 4 napkins didn't stop it up. Flavor none like fake foul. We're it not for the fact my parents went thru the depression and we don't waste food, I'd have not eaten more than one bite but it was worse than an mre. And they want 40 50 or more dollars for a family meal of this. Suggestions get the old recipe back, re train everybody and buy better chicken. Cut some corp salaries instead.Do your mind and body a favor pass KFC go to church's or Popeyes at least they have QC. I gave two stars to window help as a courtesy Not a good optic on p r side it's just plain sad. Why the continued inflation nonsense Biden is out. Lower your prices. Fix this or file bankruptcy j s

Will never Mobil order here ever again. Showed up at the time the app said to pick up 5 people ordered and got their food before I had to say something and they finally acknowledged me and started backing up my order 30 minutes after my pick up time. Worst service ever and the lady in the back gave me attitude that I was upset. Worse part got home and my order was still wrong.

So stingy and they charge extra for something they don't give you. I called and they guy is in denial saying that they made the order correct. So basically you're saying I'm blind and stupid? You got some nerve dude. I will stand next to you and watch how you make my order if I have to or go in and show you how it's done. It's no wonder your ratings are down.
