This is what I was served tonight to feed my kids. I know I will never be coming back here as a long time Santee resident. It’s horrible service when the workers do this type of stuff and didn’t even get what I paid for. They cut up a piece of chicken for their sandwiches as my tender meal my kids won’t touch this and the tenders I did get been sitting there all day and the Mac and cheese. Just look at it… just close the doors

the girl behind th counter refused to look mean in the eye, I asked her to look me in the faced she said she is not used to looking people in the eye, I maybe a bad person but I was talk to look a person in the eye, the manager did when she gave me my order.why should I put up with this? this is a problem, if everyone was like this person we are all screwed.

So stingy and they charge extra for something they don't give you. I called and they guy is in denial saying that they made the order correct. So basically you're saying I'm blind and stupid? You got some nerve dude. I will stand next to you and watch how you make my order if I have to or go in and show you how it's done. It's no wonder your ratings are down.

The worst kfc I ever had. The chicken is salty like sea water and dry. And the staff is very rude. I came to pick up online order. And they told me to wait 20 mins for an online order. What a joke?.

Stupid staff who do not follow first come and first serve rule.They told me today at 6:03 PM that we are working on your order right now, I have waited 15 minutes, after 15 minutes waiting they told me we need 17 more minutes to get ready your order.They served others who came after me.

The woman who was working at the Drive-thru was extremely rude. She rushed us to order and had a very upset tone. Save yourself the disrespectful encounter and go somewhere else!

The last few times I have been to this location the chicken has been very dried up. Not very good at all. The skin and meat is dark and dried up ..it used to be good. Would be moisture and the skin would slide off. Now it has got bad. Dark and dried up. Told them many times, but they seem not to care.

Tried the new Hot N' Spicy wings today. Ordered online, picked up, and when I got home they were piping hot! They were fresh, spicy, tender, and juicy. Amazing quality, service was fast and kind, all in all great experience. Will be coming back.
