Very rude got the order wrong and wanted to yell at my kids that they picked a different drink. I was told of this prior but didn’t listen.. I will be going else where to get my boba from now on ..

First they made my drink wrong, I kindly told them they put a LOT of milk and cream, it was extremely sweet I couldn’t even drink it. I Before he handed me the drink he laughed with one of his coworkers and said “I put way too much but oh well I’m just gonna give it to him” I asked him to make me another one and he told me he’s gonna have to charge me again! He said he can just scoop it out I then gave anI then gave a confused look and he said there’s nothing wrong with stop being so sensitive and gave me barely any of the drink left as you can see in the photo. Before I walked out, he said if Anything else is wrong just come back and I’ll scoop more out. I hate to be that person, but the amount of disrespect Was just crazy! I’ve been here a bunch of times and never encountered something like this.

Had a fantastic date there with my 17yo daughter...there's a unique raised area to sit down on, with your shoes off, and feel like you're somewhere in the far east:)

10/10 i absolutely love this place, I go all the time and love their creative seasonal drinks! The atmosphere is so nice in there aswell, they have regular seating as long as traditional japanese seating!

It was my first time. Very bad customer service . When I went there there was no greeting or smiling. When I said hello the cashier was not even replying. She kept a straight face. I felt insulted. Still I gave her a tip. But I regret that now. Will never go there again. I don’t wanna see their attitude at my own expense .

I used to love coming here weekly for my boba tea as it is delicious. However, after my most recent visit which was about a week ago, the young gentleman with very bad acne who took my order was not friendly or helpful at all. Maybe because he was busy talking to his co-worker about some internet issue they were having? No, "Welcome", or "Hi there!" or "How can I help you?" No greeeting whatsoever! In fact, he seemed very annoyed when I changed my mind from having it blended to just over ice. He had such a terrible, arrogant attitude, I actually thought he was most likely the son of the owner. Because you only act like that if you have no fear of being fired. That said, I doubt I'll be coming back. It's bad enough that their smaller sized drinks are almost $8.00 total. That's more expensive than my regular drink at Starbucks! With those prices, they should be more customer service oriented, friendlier, and have less attitude. Maybe that's why there were only 2 other customers inside the store sitting down. You're not that busy to be so rude. I'm sorry I don't fit the criteria of the majority of your customers who are much younger than myself. My money is just as green.

if you love, Boba and bubble tea as much as I do, I highly recommend this place. My personal favorite item to get there is the large s’mores shake filled with graham cracker dust swirled into amazing marshmallow flavored milkshake type thing along with tapioca pearls tons of them. I add that on cause I love it, but it’s the best thing I’ve ever tasted if you love s’mores and you love desserts like that I also like their classic milk tea highly recommend.
Kid-friendliness: definitely a family friendly place, but I’ve never actually stayed to drink my drinks because that’s what I go there mainly for because it is a drink place mostly but my kids like it there so that’s good ha ha ha ha

He wanted me to be sure that customers know there are 3 new choices of "milk / non-milk" add-ins. My boss wanted the Thai Tea with milk and Boba which she loves so that was our purchase. In and out quickly as he is efficient. I have nothing but good things to say about this business! Thank you so much Kung Fu Tea! Will return often!

I have been there 3 times the first two visits were great … the third one was horrible because there was a lady working there was so rude .. they forgot to add boba to my drink so i asked for it so the lady came said extra 75 cents which I don’t mind paying so i went to pay the 75 cents the girl was the cashier said no its ok .. so the lady came running asking me to pay the 75 Cents IN A VERY BAD WAY .. SO RUDE
