I had the pleasure of ordering a custom pizza off their website for a pickup in store. Stuffed crust, pepperoni onions and bell peppers set for a pickup of 6:30pm. Not only was it ready and pipping hot at exactly 6:30pm, but it was also the single most beautiful well crafted custom order chain food pizza I have ever had the pleasure of seeing and eating. I’m going to dream about this pizza and I’m afraid you’ve set a bar that cannot be reached

So as I pull up at 8:40 pm, the young man working inside decides to lock the door and turn off the open sign. There are literally 7 of us out here waiting now! How about you close at the time posted on the door? RIDICULOUS!

Trying to place an order online doesn't say anywhere that it's only possible till 8pm and calling the store like it says to is pointless since they don't answer. And since when did it become ok to handle cash money and make pizza without at least washing your hands nevermind the gloves. It's workers like this that run a shop out of business

But they stop taking orders online before 9:30pm, won't answer their phone and when you try to walk in to order your very rudely told they are closed.When we are able to get pizza from this location the quality is hit and miss. Last time the pizza was actually undercooked. The dough was. Not cooked completely.
