The worst service at this location. They can never get the order right. Hell, they even give your order away to other people and don't think it deserves acknowledgment or even being rectified. My time is valuable and when I place an order for pickup and I arrive at the time I their app said it would be ready only to find out they now have to make it again (waiting another 20-30 minutes) is completely ridiculous. They need a change in management (because there clearly isn't any here) and employees. I wouldn't be even come here if my son didn't like the pizza. I personally don't like a plate of grease but I'm also not a teenager.

I love Little Caesar's pizza but the service at this specific location really needs to improve. When I came & was helped by Nicholas H. His customer service is horrible & he has no manners. I said hello & he ignored me & just starred until I ordered. I knew he didn't want to help me because he made it very obvious. Please speak with your employees. Horrible customer service! If you want better customer service go to El Cajon. They have better service at that location! I was hoping they didn't spit in my food because of his attitude.

Some BS. While I'm waiting 20 minutes for an order that was supposed to be done in 7-10 when I ordered, so I was told, THREE customers had to return their pizza before even leaving the building because all the orders were wrong and one looked like it was 3 days old serving the purpose of a display. What the heck, y'all..? You have one job, fill an order on a receipt. I get that it's fast paced. But WTF? Theeennnn, I had to ask what the status of my order was because two patrons left that came in AFTER me. Apparently my order was just sitting on the counter waiting for me to ask for it. I've been coming here since I was a kid and now I was giving it the benefit of the doubt, being this isn't the first s*** show. This is from a series of charades. My family agrees, DOMINOES is worth the extra couple bucks to avoid the irritation. Oh, and in case you're waiting inside, fret not.. THERES ONE CHAIR for everyone to share

Honestly not bad for what it is. My friend reminded me of their crazy sticks so i got the half pizza half sticks deal.Pizza: 9/10 for a chain this honestly was pretty good. Good amount of sauce, cheese, pepperoni had an actual crisp to it, crust had a nice crunch too.Sticks: 9/10 i added jalepenos to mine so nice spicy kick. Good amount of cheese.Sauce: 10/10 this actually surprised me because i thought they would skimp and give me a little dipping one. My wife picked up a cheese and a pepperoni for dinner tonight. Got home, plated a few slices and got to the crust and had a hair in my mouth. Not mine, I'm bald and not my wife's. Can you say barf! See photo, I'm not David Copperfield and the crust is hanging by a hair. Will use different location next time as hygiene for food safety apparently not in effect.

We placed an online order for delivery at the Santee store on Mission Gorge. The delivery was timely but we did not get what we ordered. I called to see what the restaurant would do to correct it. The "Manager" who said his name was Nick but would not give a last name, store number, owner info or any useful information at all told me that all they could do was have me come and pick up corrected items. Driving to the restaurant was not an option. It was a DELIVERY order. I asked to speak to the manager since this should have been a simple mistake to fix. Nick claimed that he is the manager. He then dodged every single question and did not want to make the order right. After what was nearly an argument he claimed that he would reimburse the cost of the order. I do not know if he did that or was lying. I will update this review if we get reimbursed.Perhaps Nick may be better suited for a career in cleaning porta-potties instead of working with the public. He is an extremely poor manager in my opinion.We will never go to Little Ceasars again.
