I ordered last night 12/2 at 10:43pm via Ubereats. When I got the order it was cold nowhere near temperature for holding according to Food Safety training they receive. I called store yesterday and no answer called today at 9:25am only for the young lady who answered to say no manager was in today and she hung up on me. I am taking this matter to the health department for violation of protocol for proper food preparation for your guests. As I look at the reviews I am seeing I am not the only one who has been getting cold food. We work hard to be able to have money and then to spend 19.94 only to get cold everything.

I ordered from here and all I got was Fries and a drink. NO BURGER. When I called to report the issue, door dash pointed the finger at McDonald's (rightfully so), McDonald's pointed the finger as a mis order. I called, someone picked up the phone informing me they flagged the ordered. Magically, we disconnected. After that we recieved nothing but busy tones over the phone line after multiple calls over 15 minutes. Clearly this location expects you to pay for their mistakes.

I ordered 2 double meals with a drink and fries and two 4 piece n nuggets for curbside pickup. The only thing they got right in my order was nuggets. Yes it is cold but employee was unrecognizable other then knowing she was an employee from McDonald's from the headset she was wearing. Jus gave me the food and walked off.

My experience was wonderful, everyone was nice and treated me with a smile. I had ordered a bun with no sesame seeds and it had seeds, the quarter pounder meet.....looked a little old. However it was a partial free item, so sometimes you have to expect the good with the bad!

SLOW, no receipt given or order number from kiosk. Just making random orders at teenagers request crowing the mobile pick up. Nobody assisting customers at the register. Only person appearing to care was the lady taking orders outside.

Worse McDonald’s I have ever been through. I put an order on the app. They said it didn’t go through even though I had a code and bank statement showing it did. Made me put it in again. So I did. Had the code, email and bank statements. They told me it is showing up not paid even though we have all the proof that it was. General Manager wants us to pay AGAIN after our bank already took out $100. Wanted us to do ANOTHER $50 transaction. The manager was super rude and unhelpful. We will never go to this location again. HIRE A NEW GENERAL MANAGER. That one sucks

My kids came for happy meals to see what they get from the current promotion. ONLY to find out that they had already opened all the boxes because they were not even sealed when we got them and they gave us all the red happy meal boxes. When we’ve literally gotten different ones in most their boxes at another two locations days before. This is disappointing because why are the workers opening boxes before they are handed out. They are supposed to be blind boxes! I will never come to this one again! My kids are so upset and the workers here should be ashamed.
