My son decided to join the Marines, so I made him a faux crayon cake for his birthday before he left for bootcamp. I decided to reuse the cake for his graduation but needed dessert ideas to go along w/ the faux cake for the party. I ran across some photos of cookies made into crayons and wanted to use someone local to make them. I reached out to NatSweets, through their website and sent them an idea of what I wanted. The crayon box turned out better than I expected. Our guests were very impressed, not only by how good they looked but also because they tasted good.

So many expectations.Get it wrong, and next thing you know, she's in her teens and telling her therapist that the horrible party you threw her with un-themed store-bought cookies is the pivotal moment in her life where it all went wrong.Those Blippi cookies she's asking for could be the difference between a happy childhood or a life of bitterness.And while we're at it, where even can you get Blippi cookies? It's not like the store is teaming with anything Blippi related. It's a YouTube show.Thankfully NatSweets was able to solve this issue. After a quick email exchange, they were able to produce an amazing box of custom cookies that delighted the 5-year-old. In addition to being cute, they tasted great and cost way less than disappointing a child on her birthday.We very much appreciate the artistry and care than went into this treat and look forward to celebrating with more NatSweets in the future.

Love this place! I take my 3 year old here once a week and she’s always so happy to get a cookie. They have lots of different designs to choose from and are very patient with her while she makes a decision!Kid-friendliness: Very patient and kind to my autistic 3 year old who is speech delayed. They will even bring out some of the cookies so she can see them up close and have an easier time making a decision.

Wonderfully tasting detailed cookies! Usually fancy pretty cookies taste like cardboard.... No no. These are difficult to put down. Although one is pretty much a whole meal they are HUGE! A big glass of milk and omg HEAVEN! I swear you won't regret stopping in for at least one or two for yourself let alone ordering a batch for your next shindig! Everyone I mean EVERYONE loved them.

I wish I had read the comments here before about the known lack of customer service. I had an unfortunate experience with this company with lack of design on an order of custom cookies. And furthermore when I reached out stating my disappointment, was met with complete disregard. I've bought from this company several times, and had their products at my kids school events and even my work. But I will never order from here again, simply for the lack of customer service. It seemed like they could careless about receiving my business. There's so many cookie vendors that I've bought from before that have never lacked this much design.I ordered Mario themed cookies with an emphasis on Luigi and Yoshi. I planned to use these for my kids party favors, in their 3 mini cookie packages. Two of the cookies were "in theme" and the last 'number' cookie was basic. I'm sorry, but when you're buying custom cookies, the expectation is for all the cookies to be in theme. Taking out the printed Luigi/Yoshi cookies, there would be no idea of what the theme was. At the price point of $7 per pack, that comes to just about $2.33 per mini 2" cookie. These lacked detail, design, and cohesiveness; which is ultimately what I thought was paying for. I will give them 2 stars because the cookies were good and all the cookies prior to this order have always been super cute and nicely detailed.

I think the photos of our cookies speak for themselves! They were so perfect, and they worked with our color palette. They also surprised me and made a seagull cookie, which I was unsure if they could do. Great service, especially for local pickup!!

Cookies could not be cuter, tastier, or more perfectly in theme with our party (i had only emailed a photo of the cake, some plates and a birthday banner for inspiration). NatSweets did a fantastic job. We are so happy to have placed an order with them for the 1st time and hope to make it a birthday tradition for years to come.

This place is amazing! I reached out to the company through their webpage. They contacted me the next week and I explained what I was looking for. They were able to go above and beyond with my order. The shop is so cute and they are so friendly. This place has such great vibes! The cookies were amazing. We got so many compliments and I am sure they will have quite a few referrals.
