Nothing Bundt Cakes

I’ve been wanting to try NBC for along time, recently moved to Santee and this location is very close to my house. I tried a few of their cakes. The red velevet is very good and moist. The carrot one is a little dry and have a giant hole in the middle. I personally love carrot cake but i’d not get it again here. The biscoff and new marble are soo goood! I wish i could choc opt for the balls though. It’s not that bad but i’m not a fan.

I also wish that they have Less icing option available. I love cheesecake icing but it gets overwhelm when it’s too much.

Shout out for the customer service! Visited them twice and received a fabulous service on both visits! This place is my fav when i crave desserts.

I went in and thought I had a coupon for a buy one get one free. I did not realize that the coupon had expired and the old grayed haired lady made me feel so embarrassed. She knew before I could find the coupon on my phone that the coupon was expired. She was very loud and rude. We exchanged words. I walked out without buying anything. I generally buy my cakes there for parties. But will be finding a new friendlier location.

We have been a frequent customer of Nothing Bundt Cakes for a long time and they never disappoint! We were in to get some bundts last week and Zoey took great care of us - even gave us a freebie when I mentioned my daughter’s birthday. Highly recommend NBC’s for special occasions or just a special treat!!!

Highly recommend this particular location. It’s not just the desserts that are delightful, the customer service is sweet too! Huge shout out to Sandy, with the most genuine and kindhearted soul. She was very professional and attentive. We will be celebrating with our cake with her in mind. She made our day and our son’s bday that much sweeter! We appreciate you, Sandy!

Lame coupon scam! Buyer beware it's not actually buy one get one free, it's actually buy many and get ONLY one for free. Love the food and the people are great but thats lame. Every other place is actually one for one. I bought EIGHT and she didn't say anything till she scanned the coupon and only one came off for free. And I had to ask.

Me and my mom came in today and the staff was amazing, we took a while to order and the guy helping us named Renante was really patient and helpful. I definitely recommend coming here!

The staff in this location is always so helpful, kind, and attentive to myself, as well as, my two kiddos. They encourage them and answer all their Bundt related questions, and they never hesitate to do it all with a smile. So thankful for their kindness to my family.

One of the cakes was amazing (dulce de leche & churro) but the double chocolate tasted old and packaged

What can I say. They don't have ice cream and no pies. They have nothing Bundt cakes here.
