The banzai chicken and service were really great but the price of $100 for two people seemed too high for what was offered. The taste lacked in the salad, miso soup, and fried rice. Overall it was a 3/5 but the service bumped it up to a 4.

It's all about that scallop sunshine. Best roll in my opinion. It's not on the main menu, but on the white board specials. Service is great. Prices are reasonable. I haven't tried the steak/live cooking side of the restaurant.

We stopped by Okawa Steak and Sushi and were seated right away with no wait. Mike, our chef, was very pleasant and truly made the experience extra special for my daughter. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. We’ll definitely be back!

The food is overpriced for the quality your getting. I have never gone to a hibachi grill where they cook chow mein in front of you, all the food was greasy. And definitely different where they give you a gross water downed mayo a side with the ginger dressing they use for the salad as your hibachi dips. Sad to write this review but don't feel it's right to overcharge for this type of food/ experience. The hibachi cook was excellent though super funny, gave him a tip. The server served me a drink and I was the only one she didn't give a glass of water to, had to steal my husband's. Not great experience for our anniversary, we were really disappointed by this place, on our way home we talked about should have gone to a movie instead.

Food was good & service too. But they hardly gave us anything. Not filling at all. Lunch time was $50 and we walked out wondering where we could go eat after. Mine was the banzai chicken and it had tiny pieces of chicken, maybe 8-10. Disappointing him. The place was kinda empty. Only 2 tables had people.

We recently visited this Japanese steakhouse and left feeling underwhelmed. The service was just OK—nothing particularly bad, but nothing that stood out either. Unfortunately, the food itself tasted low quality. For the price point, which is on par with places like Benihana, we expected much better.

What really sealed the experience was that toward the end of our meal, the chef began cleaning the grill with a strong bleach smell while we were still seated and finishing up. I understand the desire to wrap up for the night, especially since we were among the last customers, but it made the end of our dinner feel rushed and frankly, unpleasant.

Overall, we didn’t feel like the quality or atmosphere matched the cost. There are better hibachi-style options out there for the same price with higher-quality food and a more polished experience.

I like the sushi in this restaurant. The salmon, fried noodles and shrimp made by the chef taste great. My children like it very much. It is a novel experience for children.

The food was good, but the service could definitely be improved. The staff didn’t feel very welcoming, which took away from the overall experience. Hopefully, just an off day.

Not impressed at all. Got the 67 dollar for two meal. Fried rice had very little flavor all I tasted was soy sauce. The meats were the same. Soup just tasted like broth with little flavor. Tried the shrimp dumplings which were alright.

This place does seem to make very good sushi. Tried the Scallops Nigiri which was delicious.

Also didn't help when the chef dropped shrimp on my white shirt when plating the food.
