Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Our group of 9 experienced outstanding service from start to finish. Even thought OG doesn't take reservations, they encouraged me to call a few hours ahead so they could prepare for us. Sure enough, they had a lovely almost private table set and ready when we arrived. Everyone - from the greeters to our server were very prompt and attentive. The manager even checked in to make sure we were well take care of.

Amazing experience all around but just as good as the food was the service provided by our server Frank who has clearly mastered customer service. He was extremely friendly and helpful, checked in on us frequently and made us feel completely taken care of. He made us not only want to return to Olive Garden (this was our first time) but also to revisit this specific one.

Got the build your own pasta angel hair pasta chicken and mushroom sauce was delicious the waitress was amazing very attentive will definitely go back with my granddaughters

We had Hannah, the fun and energetic southern fuel, as our server for lunch today. She was fantastic! Great personality and service!

Nonexistent service. After our order was taken and drinks delivered, it was hard to get our server's attention. I understand it was busy but she barely came to check on our table. We were missing utensils and serving plates for the longest time because we couldn't flag her down. We haven't had Olive Garden in so long but the flavors were the same as I can remember. Unfortunately, we ended up with a bad stomachache after our meal. We didn't know which dish caused it but after eating the leftovers the next day, we suspected the shrimp and scallops fettuccine. Not a so great experience overall.

This is my favorite Olive Garden. The atmosphere is very appealing. The interior layout along with the fireplace gives it a warm cabin feel. The service is usually exceptional and the food is delicious. This is the only national chain restaurant I have in my regular restaurant rotation. It's because I like this location so much.

I order to go and got completely cold pasta with a instructions on the lid to microwave it. Also, the steak gorgonzola pasta was disappointing. 😞
Was it because I didn't leave a tip? I was ordering to go for a reason.
I think providing a warm food is basic instructions for a restaurant that sales warm and ready food otherwise I would had bought frozen food at grocery store. It would probably be better than spent $45 on dishes that wasn't worth the price.

You really just can't go wrong with this OG, staff are happy, attentive, welcoming, and helpful. They've got lots of seating, outside, inside, and at the bar -can accommodate 1 to large groups.
They start with that hot, fresh, buttery bread, then soup & salad, nicely spaced out until the entree. Right now they have there endless pasta bowls, always good if you have teens!
We went with Eggplant Parm and 5 Cheese Zitti with meatballs. Both were excellent, the Eggplant was perfect breaded and crisp, fresh marinara and cheese, and then the huge side of spaghetti!
Hubby had the Zitti, said the sauce was good and the meatballs were good texture and flavor.

We sat in the bar and Victor was our server, he was on it! All tables were continuously checked on, served and refilled. He was very nice too.

Walked in and welcomed in with a smile. Small wait but it's a popular spot. Had a nice dinner with great tasting and hot entrees.

I ordered cheese ravioli with Alfredo sauce. There is zero Alfredo in my pasta.

Service was excellent, food was surprisingly tasty. The location is expansive so allows far less waiting to be seated.
